It took a few tries to get it up and running but if you get Jack on the phone it will only take 5 minutes, very quick but also very helpful and friendly. It's a lovely customer services they make you feel part of the family.

I want to cancel but to speak to anyone…
I want to cancel but to speak to anyone is so difficult. Phone call is the only option and we wait on hold. The portal is not easy to use at all. One day the milk was delivered at about midnight luckily I was still awake or it would of been sat out for hours. Another time there was no milk at all and I only found out why after I contacted them and was told they were out of glass bottles. For now I've paused it because apparently you can't just cancel online you have to call up to do that (I suspect I'll be convinced to stay) but don't want milk dropped on the step hours before the morning in this heat. One other thing, I keep getting an email saying I owe 12p! And to resolve matters quickly and pay on portal but then I go to the portal and there is no mention of this mysterious 12p. Overall just a real faff. Id like to support the idea but it's just not practical and is a nuisance to speak to anyone at this company.

Reckless driver
Thanks for making a right racket in the middle of the night. Just been woken up to banging, then a car alarm going off and finally lights shining through my window. Checked my cam and it’s one of your vans that then goes zooming past back the way it came from. I guess Barrow folks will be getting milkshakes today! Please don’t do this again.

AVOID !!!!!!!! Had a pushy salesman who said he would just have my mobile to send me a pricelist after I said NO . Next day had a text with no pricelist but apparently I now had an account open and my delivery was starting next week - what delivery ???? Emailed and did a live chat to cancel an account I did not set up.These are scammers who set up accounts in your name be very very aware and do not answer the door.

Impossible to get contact
Someone was doing door to door canvassing and I gave them my contact details. I wish I had not.
I never asked for milk to be delivered and never received any milk. I then started getting sms's asking for payment. I have now paid an amount although I never asked for, or received milk but was getting sms's. It is impossible to get through on the number and I gave up.

I don’t have any bad words to describe this company, they are super reliable my deliveries are always there when I wake up. And the customer service I’ve received is top notch especially from Dalton, super helpful very clear communication when explaining the services McQueen supply. I would really recommend McQueens to anyone looking for fresh products straight to your door

Absolutely awful company the milk and…
Absolutely awful company the milk and delivery man is excellent the customer service is appalling no one knows what they are doing kept talking money out my account for stuff I never received I phoned multiple times still no refund appeared £7.10 for 4 pints of milk is a bit steep so I guess I never will get a refund. Avoid this company
