Delivery was late and I was left waiting in all day for a delivery that did no come despite an email telling me the item would be delivered that day. However when the plant finally arrived I was very disappointed. The plant cost over £30 including delivery. It was described a a giant xxl hydrangea. When we owned the box 4 of the stems fell off and were completely dead. The plant was bone dry. The plant is nowhere near an xxl hydrangea size. It is small with only a few stems left and no blooms or even buds anywhere on the plant. This company has deliberately misrepresented what they are selling online. Definitely to be avoided!!!

Item was delivered on time and with care Driver was very pleasant and helpful. Great service!

The delivery itself is great but I should be able to change my order online. I tried and tried and eventually had to phone to be told there is a problem with your system and with no idea as to elwhen the online portal will be aavailable. I find it a nuisance having to phone when I need to make changes.

The prices and quality of the items are excellent. I have used m and m for many years and always been happy. My only reservation is I find the return process tricky. You can pay for a return label with your order but I paid twice for the label and twice it did not come with my order.

The books were on great condition and delivery was fast.

This is my third purchase from goats of the gorge. The products are excellent and delivery is also very good.

The soap and cream are just lovely. Delivery and packaging was excellent too. I will definitely shop with goats of the gorge again.

My order with this company has failed to arrive. I have sent them 2 emails with no response from them. Their website claims that all emails will be answered within 24 hours but I have been waiting for 3 days and still no communications-not even a confirmation of receiving complaint. I see from trustpilot that many people have had the same experience.. I will never shop with them again. My advice to others is contact you credit company or bank as where you are dealing with a scam company thy can do a charge back and at least get your money back.

The product arrived very quickly and the website was easy to use.

his was my first order with Monster Pet Supplies and I highly recommend them. The dog food was very competitively priced and delivered right on time. Unlike other companies I have used the dried food was well packed in a waterproof bag so was safe to leave in my runway. Very happy customer!

I am giving one star to Boots Appliances only because there is no option to give zero stars or minus. I ordered a oven from them a week ago that was supposed to arrived today between 6am and 8pm. I waited the whole day with no communication from them. I was tracking the delivery on their website up until 7.45 pm. Rgen it came up with failed delivery. We are now left without an oven and have cancelled the order as we do not trust that it would turn up. We have also had to cancel and electrician we had booked to instal the appliance. I would advice anyone not to use this company as the delivery service is appalling!! In fact you are actually using AO delivery when you order with Boots as it was AO who cancelled my order. I have now had two failed deliveries by AO in 2 days.

I am only giving Appliances Online one star as there is no option for zero. I have waited in now for two days for the delivery of first a printer than and oven. Both items were failed deliveries. I have had to cancel both orders as I now have no confidence whatsoever in this companies ability to deliver goods that have been paid for. People should be aware that if you order from AO you will not get your goods. I am now having to wait on refunds for both items. AO wa once a good reliable company. Sadly no more!!
