Awful service ! When ordering the company is making out that it is UK stock and a UK based company !! Needed items within 1 week and now told that there maybe a small delay “ 25 days !!!! “ we live and learn and i should have checked the company out on trip adviser first !!

Easiest bank account ive ever set up , super quick service , completely hassle free .

Ordered a pump for a wood fired hot tub on a next day delivery “ not a next working day delivery ! “ because of a bank holiday the pump came a day late , the guests who where staying at the lodge were most upset so were given a full refund plus a bottle of bubbly for their inconvenience , this is how we treat our customers , hydrospares however said they would be issuing a refund for the next day service but then sent an email saying that because of the Bank Holiday they would not be issuing the refund ! It’s Truly is astonishing that a company will make a customer unhappy over 7 pounds !

undoubtedly the worst experience I have had with any courier company , I took the cheapest option of collection over a 5 day period which was only suitable because the gentleman at the collection address was at home on holiday and did not mind waiting between 8am and 6pm , 5 days past " nothing !! not an email not a call !! I went on the live chat and was promised on three separate days that it would be collected on each of these days " no collection happened !!" the 5th day came and went " nothing !! I called them and spoke to 3 different representatives who assured me it was in hand , " nothing was done !!" eventually they gave me another 2 day window which they guaranteed the bike would be collected on one of those days " No it was not !!" I called and was told finally that the collection from Blackpool to Pembrokeshire was an impossible job and they would be refunding my money "7 DAYS the gentleman waited in for someone to collect this bike !!! my last telephone words and live chat text where probably x rated but completely deserved as all the company needed to do is cough up a little more cash and pay a courier a little more money to keep a very good x customer happy " NO CHANCE !!" hence this review

Absolutely awful service, ordered black steel rims as per picture in the advertisement but silver ones arrived , I sent a request for them to pick up and supply black ones but they said the advertised item in the picture was non contractual and they would do nothing about it !!!!

Ordered Black steel rims as per picture but silver ones arrived , their reply to me was basically tough poo !!!! will be making a claim through the small claims court system .

Excellent product and an excellent service , would not hesitate to use this company again !!
