Disappointing shipping experience
Paid for the two working day expedited delivery, which was the most expensive shipping option. Ordered at 11:24 on Thursday and the item arrived on the following Wednesday, taking four working days, in fact a full week to arrive. It was despatched from Northen Ireland on Friday on RM Tracked 48, so there was no way it would be delivered in two working days. In addition, there was no options to change delivery options until after it was out for delivery, which allowed no change, probably because it came from Northern Ireland! They should have the knowledge of how long it should take to deliver to England so I would expect RM 24 or a faster courier service - I feel they took the expedited shipping fee and skimped on the cost on their end!

The Royal Mail tracked 48-hour label is our quickest delivery option from N.I to GB. Royal Mail deliver most of the consignments successfully, but unfortunately, it is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed service.

We can see that you placed your order on our website on Wednesday, 12th August at 13.29, which is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your order left us on time the following working day, which was Thursday, 13th August. As you selected our 2 working day delivery, your order was not scheduled to arrive until Monday, 17th August; however, I can see that your order arrived early on Saturday, 15th August. We do have a handy table on our website that shows when customers can expect their delivery, depending on the day, time, and service they have chosen.

Would recommend buying from this company every time. Mark was absolutely brilliant. Very courteous and friendly. Although wrong pigtail sent initially, Mark ensured everything was corrected in a couple of days and he even included a free returns label for the return of the wrong pigtail. I could not be happier.
