Happy with the blind, very disappointed with 247 Cusstomer Service
The blind is great. However, it arrived with some faulty and broken 'bits'. I informed 247 and sent a photo of the damage.
Thus far I have received one message asking me if I was happy with their response/resolution - a message I have not received

Very happy customer
Faster delivery than they estimated....which given the sun was a blessing.
Easy to fit. Though either I was holding the credit card spacer incorrectly but I had to adjust height of the clip on the side slightly....which was easy enough.
They are excellent blinds. Cut out the glaring sun.
They extend and rise easily.
Wish I had bought them sooner.

Do not order the clip on no drill…
Do not order the clip on no drill blinds for a french door. The top bar sticks out. This is not described when ordering. The quality is poor. I phoned to explain my concerns. 247 are only interested pre sale not post sale. Keep away from this company, it is wiser to pay a tad extra and order from John Lewis or Dunelm.
