Our experience has been fantastic
Our experience has been fantastic. There was a slight issue with our order. Tim, our Customer Service assistant was totally superb and the issue was resolved brilliantly. Once we received the blinds, we installed them very quickly and easily. It took under an hour and a half to put up 8 blinds which look fabulous. I do not hesitate to thoroughly recommend Make My Blinds.

Teir on teir plantation shutters
The shutters look amazing and are really well made. They were a third of the price of other shutters we looked at making them real value for money. They were easy to assemble and fit into the window. They did take 9weeks to arrive as the they were made to measure but they were definitely worth the wait. I won't go anywhere else for blinds or shutters now.

We bought blinds for our garden room windows 18months ago , we are very satisfied with them.
We had a minor problem with part of a blind in August 2026. Make my blinds were excellent in understanding our problem and set replacement parts within 3days.

Not as advertised or expected
The blinds are of decent quality and prices are competitive. However , I have the blinds that fit to the window I have found the strip has came away from the window after a while (not even a while a few weeks after fitting ). To my surprise I didn’t expect that this would be the mechanism used and whilst watching the videos advertised it doesn’t describe the window fitted blinds using sticky strips . The same blinds I have brought from blinds 2 go which have a frame . Fitted blinds are far more superior from blinds 2go. Video on the advertisement does not match the product purchased.
Slightly disappointed .
Only positive with makemyblinds is they offer larger measurement ranges which is why I could not purchase the rest of my blinds from Blind to go .
Delivery on the slow side. Package fairly well .
Placing orders is pretty simple range of payment methods available .

Our range includes different fitting options, and I’m sorry if the videos and product information didn't make the fitting method clear enough before you placed your order. We certainly don't want there to be any confusion about how our products are supplied or installed.
I'm also sorry to hear that the strip has started to come away from the window so soon after fitting. This isn't the experience we'd want you to have, and I'd like to look into this further for you.
