I got my free sample quickly. In the end I went with another supplier but only because I preferred the pattern on their sample

Very good, solid blinds. Fairly simple to install.
Have bought a few of these now and am very happy with them. Perfect blackout. I have found that as my house is old and none if my walls are straight that fitting a modern straight material onto those walls can leave a slight gap in certain places on the outside of the frame, but with a little Decorators Caulk or gap fill it solves that issue very easily.
Would highly recommend these and probably buy again if needed.

I stupidly ordered the wrong size as I put inches instead of cm, luckily I paid for surefit! I tried to get the Bot to help which was rubbish however when I called the helpline the call was answered very quickly and the lovely lady named Katie on the line assisted me straight away and sorted it all out for me, brilliant customer service, get rid of the Bot!

When calling Blinds Direct, I found the sales team, especially Rebecca very informative and knowledgeable of the products for sale. My questions were answered in a professional manner and ensured the right options were selected online relevant to my enquiries.

I have ordered a no drill blind but our Cottage windows are not suitable for them as the reveals slope, my fault. I called Blinds direct and initially spoke to a lovely girl who's name I can't remember and she suggested fixing brackets. The brackets arrived and we couldn't work out how to fit them. I called the company and Francesca was really helpful and emailed a fitting guide. Amazing, now to encourage my husband to fit the blind! Thank you

Blind originally ordered with an incorrect measurement but it was very straightforward to order a replacement under the SureFit arrangement. Staff member was very helpful.

I ordered a single custom fit curtain. On arrival it was 3.6 times the width I'd ordered and did not fit at all. It looked ridiculous. I could have made it better myself. This company has no idea how to make curtains. Don't use them!
