When i called to get some advice about what pc i needed to complete my workflow i spoke to Dan in sales, HE LISTERNED and helped me workout what i needed exactly and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need, and after making the choices he then proceeded to get the stuff to me the next day ...; what an amazing experience NovaTech be very proud of this guy

the hole affair was quick and painless, i have now sold another piece of kit to them and h ope it is delt with as quick as them selling to me

usually DPD are great however today i was waiting eagerly for a 2.5k lens for my camera they are as rare as rocking horse pooh and if lost would not be able to be replace, it got delivered to another address not even anything like mine, t hankfully we got it back.

they guys booke m e in for an mot and needed tyres done the squeezed me in to get them done so i could use the car straight after really good guys

Staff are always super helpful and will go the extra mile to help. I am looking g for a new lens fir my camera as soon as I csm save the last bit I will always buy from them

I rang MPB and spoke to Rosie right from the beggining she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Fi ding the product I needed getting g it sorted and then going the extra mile and getting it delivered a day early as I was going away . I have used these guys and girls before and they ever fail to do everything they can amazing experience

Ordered online as u o ew what I wanted . Its easier than going g in the shop as it is 50 miles away and when I shop they try to sell me stuff all the time. Online was good turned up early 😌

i ordered a camera from canon in holland, should be shipped within 5 working days, its now 10 and ups say they havent got it canon sent me paperwork to prove canon havent got it and the tracking never works it says they still dont have it but this has happened b efore and i get it next day tracking is rubbish and never updated

picture quality was great and service was quick, i like the fact there is self serve and the other kind i have a picture i really wanna get in a frame on the wall so will pay for the extra aswell great job guys
