I’ve bought and sold more gear with MPB than I care to admit. Everything is top notch: selection, pricing, shipping, returns, and most of all, customer service. They make selling ridiculously easy and pay really fast.

The lens I purchased was in better shape than was described on the site. I will definitely buy from them again.

Nothing but great experiences with MPB. They are the only used camera gear site that has photos of the actual item you'll receive. I've ordered, and traded with them multiple times and everything has always been exactly as described.

High quality products, condition as described, fast delivery. Haven't had to return anything but have made multiple purchases with no problems. I did have to request triangle clips after a purchase as there was no way to attach the shoulder strap to my camera. These were promptly dispatched with no charge and no questions asked.

mpb were a good way to sell my camera and lenses - they offered me as fair a price as I'll find on the second-hand market, arranged for collection of the gear and paid me promptly for the agreed price.

Poor experience. Bought a lens that was faulty. For two weeks ive been chasing an update on how to return it. Ive emailed every two days to be ignored.

Now got to issue a chargeback to get my money back as I can't even get them to collect the item.

Considering that I was selling item which had to be evaluated , the whole process is a breeze. Within one week from online initial price offer to final price adjustment! I like it . MPB even upgraded lens I was selling which translate to better price ! And generally you won’t find better prices online than MPB . Thank you

Absolutely terrible company when things go wrong. I had some equipment stolen in transit. It was collected from me but not all of it arrived. After about a month I was told that after reviewing all available evidence my claim had been approved and they would process my payment. A new quote appeared in my account. As nothing seemed to be happening after that I chased to find out when I would receive it only to eventually be told my claim was rejected. It is like they have no idea what claims are at what stage. It's shambolic. They also don't reply to emails, don't follow up when the say they will and generally don't seem to care. Also seem to have a habit of responding on Friday just before they close leaving you stranded for the weekend. The worst part is, they are calling me a liar, claiming I didn't send the kit I agreed to send.

I was paid out quickly, actually paid more because I had underestimated the condition of my camera.

They pay much less than others. Ive got 250EURO more in cyfrowe.pl than MPB. The same case with another camera, they offer less. I do not like that calculations.

I love MPB – I’ve been slowly building a cinema lens kit through them. So far , I have purchased two Zeiss CP.2 lenses, and with both purchases, everything was fantastic! First off – I love that they show photos of the actual item that I’m going to be buying. Most other websites use stock photos. Second – the descriptions seem to be extremely accurate. And lastly – Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend MPB!

Selling my gear to MPB went perfectly, my gear was processed within 2 days and paid into my bank. It was a bonus to find they had increased my quote, very professional and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend.

I have sold a few things now and at first was worried sending my expensive equipment but mpb made it so easy, simple and quick! And the things I thought weren’t good enough actually were excellent to them which was a plus! Any issues and someone reached out or emailed me right away! Quick process from start to finish

Their website wouldnt allow extras to be submitted for pre eval so contacted the sales dept who advised to ship in with lens and they would be able to make a decision then. Get the quote back with every single items dropped in value, one for the cardboard box having a small tear in flap, 2 of the lens they tried to deduct $80 between them for "slight moisture inside" but could not provide any pics or proof when questioned (there was no moisture when shipped). It is obvious from the amount of feedback these people are deducting money from quotes as a profit enhancing agenda. If you cant provide proof of the flaw, there isnt one ...

Declined the offer and had my gear sent back, of course now I get it back with none of the accessories sent which will cost me $200 to replace. Since the sales dept has no communication with the inspection dept nobody knows where my stuff went other than it got "recycled". I had been a loyal customer with this company for 5 transactions but never again. I hope people are paying attention especially given all the recent reviews similar to mine stating how bad this company has become. As for customer service forget it, they dont give a shit about their customers and it is obvious. From now on I will use KEH or Adorama as I have never had any issue with either of them. MPB is a scam company at best.

Great customer service from placement of order to shipment of items.

I bought an OM-3 & four lenses from MPB. It was effortless, great value & all the items are superb. They arrived the following day. I am hugely impressed by MPB & recommend them strongly to any potential buyers or sellers out there!

Great price and even better service-delivery was incredibly prompt and efficient.
