The 'Trade in' service is so simple to use and the free shipping makes it so convenient to send your gear. The packaging of the new gear was first class and extremely prompt delivery. The new gear was even better than described too! I have now used MPB over 20 times and will continue to do so!

Great site for photographers on budget. You can see the actual photo of the product that you’re buying and you get a free 1 year warranty on it.

Sent a lens in to sell and it was damaged in shipping. MPB honored the quote anyway and filed an insurance claim. What great service! This is the second lens I have sold to MBP and the service has been great both times!

Had a problem with a product from when I first bought it, but I got so busy and was unable to get it fixed immediately. After several months, I requested to get it check on- this was denied at first, but after stating my case they agreed to compensate, and from there on it was a smooth sail. Very helpful and responsive.
