My purchase was for a particular graphics card that I wanted, the stock showed one available and it was a great price so I ordered by phone. The assistance was great, the card delivered directly to the company I was using to service and upgrade my pc. It was delivered next day. I am extremely satisfied both with the card and novatechs customer service

The where very rigorous in their services and ensured I got the best buck for my money highly recommend

Avoid this company like the plague! If you find you receive a faulty product they will claim that you have caused said damage and will then try to force even more money from you by telling you to purchase a replacement or pay for a potential repair (if possible.)
From my experience they informed me that I should buy a replacement, then they "generously" offered 10% off a new one and after being told that the product would unlikely be repairable told me that it could in fact be repaired but at a cost to me of £70.
So take this advice however you want but be warned this is not a company worth dealing with; do yourself a favour and make your purchase from one of their competitors as you will avoid a lot of stress and hassle!

Your support advisor Sam Cowell is an asset to your company, having listened to me and my needs for a complete upgrade to my old Win 10 System. After locating the parts need and sending me the list and prices, I had an issue with the DDR5 ram, it was not compatible with the Motherboard, but after a few phone calls and a visit to Novatech the board and some replacement RAM, the system is now working perfectly.

It was easy to choose the graphics card I required and the web site is also easy to use. The purchase was delivered promptly

From the outset of placing the order of a new PC, the whole service was first rate. I needed to push back the proposed delivery date due to a clash with a short holiday - no problem. A small glitch during payment was quickly overcome by a phone call. Other questions I raised were very quickly answered.
When the PC arrived, it was relatively easy to set up (for a non technical person) although I did enlist a colleague for some transferring of files, folders and apps from the old PC, also from Novatech - 12 years old.

I've ordered memory from them, quick delivery, good packaging and competive prices. Then 2 months later I placed another order for a super tower case, again quick delivery, competing price and item as expected. Would definitely reccoment and use again.

I was disappointed that the showroom has gone as it was a fantastic place to browse and shop.

But I turned up not realising that it had all gone on line, however I was helped. The service was great and a small issue developed a few weeks later but a phone call and I was back up and running
