I have always held Peninsula in high regard until my recent experience with Jennifer Kwiatkowski. I was dealing with a particularly stressful and complex employment matter and, unfortunately, the advice I received from Jennifer was inaccurate and unhelpful. As a result, I completely lost confidence and felt ready to give up on the case.

Fortunately, I decided to seek a second opinion and spoke with Margaret Walton. Margaret handled the matter with professionalism, competence, and clarity. She provided practical, accurate advice that enabled me to resolve the case quickly and straightforwardly.

Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in contacting Margaret again for employment advice. However, I would not choose to deal with Jennifer in the future, as I felt the level of service I received did not reflect the professional standard I expect as a paying client.

Would recommend Peninsula for HR advice - it is nice to speak with the same consultant all the time as it helps continuity and helps build up a rapport and get used to way we work - I have worked on a few cases now with Tinashe Dube some of which have been challenging but we have got through them - thanks for your help Tinashe

Marc helped us with our tribunal case he was excellent and helped us win our case, i would definetly recommend Peninsula for all your HR needs for small business.

I'm a 8 months into a 5 year contract, and to be honest, wish I never signed up. Think carefully before signing up - as I don't believe it to be great value for money. You could get the majority of the services from a local HSE and employment consultant, for a one-off fee.
Secondly, and the main reason for this review, is that you will be pestered with telephone calls attempting to upsell additional services, numerous times, despite already paying over the odds for very little.
For example, I received a call from 01615240059 this morning of which I didn't answer. This was promptly followed up less than a minute later with a call from a mobile number (07476956177), of which I answered, from a very pushy and poorly mannered telephone salesman from Peninsula. He simply did not take no for an answer, then hung up after asking him to remove me from their system.
Think very carefully before signing a long agreement folks, and don't be hooked by their reduced price offer for signing up for 5 years.
All you'll get is a once yearly visit from an HSE inspector, and a load of contracts and paperwork as a one off. In my opinion, it represents very poor value. But that's my error in judgement for signing up - i'm just sharing my opinion and experience.
The staff in general (non sales) that I've dealt with are very pleasant.

After a few false starts with Peninsula, Harriet Armstrong picked up my case and went above and beyond in her efforts to help us. I was having tremendous trouble with one case, she sorted it out in minutes. Overall her service was excellent.

A lot to do and take in but well explained and very helpful

We for once had a very detailed and friendly H&S audit, were Shaun Morris took the time to refresh our management system and explain fully bright safe and risk assessments etc. he was easy to approach and explained things carefully and well understood.

Leo Kelly has provided diligent advice on multiple topics we have had happening in house and has been keen to keep me in the loop and follow up as required. He has planned calls with me around my holiday as well which has been extremely helpful. His advice is very good and helps us resolve issues fairly for both ourselves and the employees. I am very pleased with the service Leo has been providing us as a company.

Ruby was fantastic to deal with, super helpful, quick to respond, and just really friendly throughout. She clearly knows her stuff and made everything easy. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Brilliant, honestly!
