Ordered 6 samples, they arrived quickly, good quality but the pattern was halved down each side so defeated the object if seeing what it would look like as it give us little idea

I'm very sorry you're unhappy with the samples you've ordered. Unfortunately, with larger designs such as this, it's impossible to send the full pattern as the pattern is larger than the sample.
The samples are sent primarily for colour/texture reference and so that you can arrange a paint match etc, however, we understand it is nice to see how it would look first hand and are looking to improve on this.
