I cannot rate Carpetright at Sprowston too highly. From the moment I entered the shop, friendly Tracey greeted me to see if she could be of assistance. She guided me through my choice of carpet and underlay at an easy pace, suggesting I felt and stepped on each and looked at the colours in different lights. Having looked at my room measurements, she worked out the most economical carpet width and fully explained the fitting process and accessories. The fitters will remove my old carpet and even lift furniture A great sale price was the icing on the cake and I cannot wait for my new carpet to arrive.

For repeat prescriptions this service is good, particularly as reminders are sent. However, I recently needed medication urgently and as it was too late for the Saturday post and there was no Sunday delivery, and I was going away the next day.Consequently it was several days before I could access my drugs as my doctor had sent my prescription to you. I had not realised that my surgery will not send a prescription to a local pharmacy ( even though I had requested that on my form) whilst you are recorded on my notes.

I searched for a large enough bread bin for a family, to hold at least 2 loaves and I found it! It came on time,was well packed and in good condition. The bread bin is smart and the retro look suits my daughter's period kitchen. I hope she's as delighted to receive her Christmas present as I am to give it.
