I couldn't fault the efficiency, courtesy and cleanliness of the installation of the voltage optimiser. However, after checking prices of the same online, the price I'd agreed for the work seemed high. That is the only reason for a 4 rather than a 5.

Nathan was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He installed the new inverter in a cheerful manner, despite quite difficult access. He also added an earth cable to the voltage optimiser which had not been done by the original installer. A very pleasant experience.

DLBec have been extremely helpful, understanding & supportive in sorting problems with all aspects of my solar system. After so many caused by the original company which set the system up, it's a huge relief to know that DLBec are so efficient & reliable.

I have had a really bad experience with other companies but Dlbec came and put everything right that could have caused us major problems with shoddy workmanship but Dibec sent Joseph who sorted everything so I can't be thankful enough to have peace of mind with grateful thanks

DLBEC cold called me a year ago, offering a free survey of my solar system, and I was sceptical that this would just be a sales scam. However, the engineer who came was very professional, carried out a survey and wrote a report which he left with me, and then went away. A year later I was contacted again, and this time the engineer surveyed the system, and noted a problem with the voltage, which he explained to me, and without any pushy sales, placed the facts before me in an understandable way, so that I accepted a modification was needed. He arranged for an electrician to come and fit a voltage stabiliser. Ben, the electrician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, on time, quick, and tidy in his work. I feel this is a company who do what they say, are reliable, and provide a really good service.

No pressure, the engineer took time to explained the advantages of the new inverter.

Unlike many Solar companies who have "inspected" my solar installation, the representative of this company was not intent on selling. Instead he gave honest and believable feedback, even advising against the worth of a battery backup. Nevertheless, I did acknowledge that it was time to replace my ageing inverter and that work was completed today. I have the utmost confidence in the integrity of this company and its employees and I highly recommend them.

Initial contact was friendly and efficient. Explained what needed to happen and the costs involved.
Follow up was easy to arrange and the engineer arrived on time. He was polite and explained what was going on ( customer education :-) ).

Since my solar panel provider closed down due to owner retiring (a couple of years after installation) I have had nothing but trouble trying to find a company willing to take my installation on to rectify my micro inverter problems.
Then after over 10 years I received a call from Charlotte Bean of DLBEC Ltd who put me in touch with Rhys Walker of DLBEC Ltd who sent Karl Yeomans around to give me a quote on rectifying my 5 out of 10 solar panel inverters. Now have 9 of the 10 panels working and DLBEC have been in touch with enphase to organise the last faulty inverter.
We have one inverter or panel that is not producing as much as the other 8 operating units but I am over the moon with the improvement. I am nearly 74 years old and was getting really stressed out until that call from Charlotte. Thank you xxx.

The engineer was punctual and fitted the new inverter and explained to my wife and me how to use the new features and did not leave any mess and the inverter has been working perfectly and more efficiently than my old sunny boy.

The inspector was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and what needed to be done as a result of the visit.He arranged repair work as quickly as possible and was very helpful in explaining the details to my son as I was upset at what he was saying
