Perfect customer service from a lovely lady in store think her name was Ellie
Considering the store only opened in march her knowledge was excellent.
Really helpful. Received my mattress, pillow & protector a couple of weeks later & Wow what a difference from my old mattress. So supportive & totally relaxing . Also my side sleeper pillow is perfect , don’t have any pressure on my neck at all now .

As I got to locker driver was collecting the parcels & he waited for me to use them before he finished & was very friendly

So disappointed with my phone case, the quality is awful, the colours are so dull & the photo looks very grainy which it wasn’t from the photo I sent through.
Also said that there was cut outs for all the buttons which there isn’t which is so annoying & I now have trouble pressing on off & volume.
Worse case I have had & at that price I really won’t be using them again
