Money losing ISA

All the charges makes this a money losing ISA. I have several ISAs with different providers and this is the only one going backwards.

Also beware, I created a pot within my ISA that had £100 in. I decided to close the pot and the £100 has disappeared. It's not been added back to my main ISA and there is just zero trace of it. It doesn't help that the app provides such limited data. It is incredibly user unfriendly.

There is a monthly "management" charge and in over two years I've never received any interest or bonus payments. I have less money than I put in and they keep charging. Lol what a rip off.

Also be aware if you try to close your ISA and withdraw your money they charge you at least £50 for the pleasure.

So dodgy I wish I never opened an account with Scottish Friendly.

Avoid is my advice. There are many better options.

Orders don't arrive. Zero communication, zero refund. I loved Quicksilver growing up and they have now turned into an internet scam company. Shocking. I just want my money back. Never, ever will I buy Quicksilver again. SCAM

Great coffee

I've had a subscription with Rave now for many months and prior to this I have ordered various coffees.

The service is always good and the coffee exceptional. I am currently addicted to the Strong AF Blend.

The one time things went wrong, they sent ground coffee rather than beans, a replacement was sent immediately with no additional costs.

Highly recommended.

Great Service and very healthy plants!

I ordered several house plants. They arrived the next day. All the plants were very well packaged.

Unfortunately one of the ceramic pots I ordered broke during transit.

I contacted B&D via the online chat and a replacement arrived at my door the next day.

The plants were all exceptionally healthy. It is not often that plants look like they do in the photos but they really do.

I will 100% order from B&D again and I will defnitely recommend them to friends.

Flowers delivered but no card.

I have no idea. Impossible to chat to someone online. It shows the order as complete but the card, for which I paid nearly £7, has not been delivered.

Update following initial complaint.

Following my original review (as can be seen below), I was immediately contacted by the company and the chair was delivered the following day.

Overall I am happy with the outcome but their lack of communication is what let the side down. May I suggest additional updates on your website so it doesn't just show "processing" for over a week as it then seems the order has been forgotten about.

The chair is great. It had a lot of really long hair wound up in all four wheels which was really weird and a bit yuck. I had to burn it off which again was a bit yuck. There are still remnants left which I'll have to live with.

The delivery people were top notch. Very friendly.

Ordered on 23 April. It's now 2 May. They've not even processed my order. They took my money on the day of order but since then just silence.

I'm starting to think I've been scammed. Will update review if anything changes.

Luckily I paid with a CC so can claim the money back.

Super Dodgy! Extra Charges WEEKS after delivery, buyer beware!!

Today I had a random charge of £26.20 more than a week after the parcel was delivered. I paid £40 for delivery.


This was a completely unauthorised charge and I am now pursuing a refund with my bank.

Beware this company appears to be super dodgy and scammy in their practices.

What a scam - buyer beware!

What a scam, very dodgy business practices.

Sells services to countries that don't accept the courier. Takes ages to get your money back. They charged me £43 to ship a parcel to South Africa only to be contacted to tell me they don't ship there.

AFTER taking my money. I now have to wait 14 days for a refund? What a scam company. Do not trust them.

Worst flowers ever

Worst flowers ever. Complete rip off. £45 for a tiny sad bunch pathetic flowers. Ruined the surprise for my wife. The box they came it was more impressive than the flowers. I feel like I've been taken for a mug.

Avoid like aids. I feel scammed by this company.

Dodgy. They sell you game servers but don't have guides or support to set it up. They only have guides for limited games. Go elsewhere, GTX is a good option. Avoid this company, they take your money and then that's it, no support. Nowhere when you sign up do they say they don't help or offer setup support.

I requested a refund but have not heard anything back yet.

Update: I received a partial refund. I "hired" the server for exactly 2hours. It was never used. They took 50% of what I paid and refunded the rest. Oh and you get zap coins. LOL you don't get your money back. You get some worthless virtual currency. Avoid avoid avoid. What a scam.

You cannot browse without signing up and writing a review of your own. Thereby forcing people to write just about anything. I created a fake review for a company I've never heard of just to access the required info.

I wonder how many other millions of people haven't done this. They clearly haven't thought this dumb policy through.
