READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!! A trap and a scam!!! Don't believe their "answers" on TrustPilot, avoid this company!!!. They will rob you of your money and break EU and German law. Don't argue with them, report it to the Verbraucherzentrale NRW (German Consumer Protection) and the European Consumer Centre for Unfair Commercial Practices. I bought a VPS and paid with Paysafecard. AFTER payment, they blocked my access to vps demanding sensitive personal data (KYC) which wasn't mentioned during checkout. When I canceled the order within 14 days under EU law, they refused to refund my real money. They lie that "Paysafecard refunds are technically impossible" and illegally force you to take "ZAP Coins" (worthless store credit). Support agents are arrogant and refuse to follow European Consumer Law. Avoid this trap!

Got a lifetime VPS! Finally!
I would give these guys 4 stars because I ordered a lifetime vps and there were problems with the internet, language and also missing disk space on the vps. I reinstalled the vps and that fixed those issues. Also connecting to the vps with the Windows mobile app was a problem and they did not mention that I have to switch to Wi-Fi for it to work.. but after all that it works smooth now! These guys are one of the very very few that offer a lifetime vps and I don’t actually know how that pays off for them but thank god that I don’t need to bother with any vps bills anymore, and here I am at last owning a vps for life! :D

Cancellation reversed and €140.22 charged — still waiting for a refund
would strongly recommend being careful before purchasing from ZAP-Hosting.
I purchased a vServer on June 23, 2026 and immediately cancelled it. ZAP-Hosting sent me an email confirming:
“Cancellation Confirmed for 23.07.2026”
However, I later received another email saying that the cancellation had been reversed, even though I did not intentionally reverse the cancellation.
A new invoice was then issued, and €140 was charged to my payment method.
I have contacted ZAP-Hosting and requested an explanation and a refund. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I recommend checking your contract status and payment methods carefully if you use this service. I personally would not purchase another VPS from ZAP-Hosting unless this issue is properly resolved.

The Customer Service is really fast and helpful. The Lifetime servers are a nice and very good for small comunities. Instead of paying 40€ per month, you just pay for like 11 Months. And its just nice, when you need it longer than 1 Year for the pricepoint.
