Booked a space in Matlock
Booked a space in Matlock, Derbyshire. When I arrived I couldn’t find it and realised the space was in Folkestone! I’m not sure if it’s a bug or clever marketing to sell unused spaces in other towns. Because I cancelled on the day I lost all my money. Tried several times to contact them but the forms crashed or I got no reply. Be very careful when booking.

The road to the parking had road works on it and I could not access the parking after 3 attempts from different places. I wasted an hour.

I set the APP up and enable location…
I set the APP up and enable location services as recommended. The APP tracked my location. The gate will not open until you are close enough to the parking location. Once you're in proximity of your parking you can just click on "open gate" in the APP. Convenient. I used it for parking in central London, Grosvenor area. I found it reasonably priced for what it offered me: secure, flexible, short notice, automatic access to parking in central London. Ticked all the boxes for my need. Top.

The owner of the parking space at AGA…
The owner of the parking space at AGA Motors in Wembley was a nasty piece of work. A despicable human being. After the Bruno Mars show we found our car blocked in. When I ask him to move his car he said he will do it in his own time of which he did half an hour later. He was vulgar and said he doesn’t care about just park. Never ever use his parking space. Hopefully just park will remove his account!! Spoilt our wonderful night!!
