What an amazing company! This is our second order ( will be placing another for my son’s birthday later). I ordered yesterday, was slightly worried I had ordered the correct grind. Within minutes I received a reply. My order came today! The coffee is delicious. I will be ordering my second subscription later. Thanks so much!

I found this coffee in my local cafe and it was amazing. Very happy with my order and fantastic customer service.

Great coffee. I have a subscription which gives a different whole bean every month. Nearly all of them (2 1/2 years ) have been excellent and I was particularly surprised at how great the Swiss Water Decaff blend was ( I order this as an extra from time to time. I normally hate subscriptions where you accidentally end up with a lifetime supply of toilet roll or two huge bags of dog food for a small jack russell. But Rave email every month and say ‘Ready to Roast’ Just a reply to the email can pause or delay the subscription or add more. Response time about 20 minutes . Super easy. The coffee itself is delicious. I use a hand grinder when I’m feeling fancy ( or want a decaff) and a normal electric grinder otherwise. Coffee grinds really well and evenly. I occasionally try other beans but haven’t found anything I like better.

I absolutely love the selection of coffees from Rave. I am currently working through them to find my favourite. On my second order I mistakenly ordered whole bean instead of grounds. I contacted the lovely Millie who not only handled the return but also sent out what I should have ordered in the first place at no extra cost. All coffees are delivered next day as well. Not often you come across such a customer focused business nowadays. Thanks again to Rave and Millie!!

Really quick delivery! I ordered a coffee bean container and bag of coffee to sample. They were with me the following day - excellent!
The vacuum container is really nice and plenty big for 1kg of beans.
Now, the coffee....you can definitely taste the difference between it and a cheaper bean. They are a bit more expensive, but if you appreciate good coffee, why not spend a little more?

I've been using Rave for a few years now. They've never missed a beat, great coffee, and they are always helpful if I need to contact customer service or change my subscription.
Would recommend to anyone

Was excited to taste my first batch of decaff. Liked it and bought a second. Which tasted different. On questioning, the company's reply was full of fluff about "temperature settings" and "roasting targets met". Two emails later, they finally admitted the beans had changed. Won't be using again if they can't be honest first time round.
Absolutely fantastic coffee company!
I'm on my second batch from Rave now and it's the best I've ever had at home. The flavours are incredible. Also the company itself seems really legit - their ethical credentuials are off the charts - beyond Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, 1% for the planet, etc. They just seem to be doing everything they can to improve things for everyone.
I've also heard that their customer service is excellent - though I haven't had cause to use it yet.
I won't be getting coffee anywhere else now - it's Rave 100%.

Excellent fresh coffee and a big fan of the Signature blend. Really impressed with the fast delivery - ordered at 3pm on a Friday and delivered at 1pm on Saturday. Very grateful as I had run out of beans! Have ordered multiple times and will be ordering again.

I've been ordering from Rave Coffee for a while now and they're a very dependable choice. The coffee is consistently good—always fresh, flavourful, and a massive step up from anything you'd get in the supermarket. The website is easy to use and delivery is always on time. While it might not have that super rare "wow" factor that blows you away, it's a fantastic, high-quality coffee that I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Fantastic coffee beans, lovely and fresh! Italian Job is my fave. If you like dark and rich, that's the one!
Great, honest company to order from! Always delivered on time, never have a problem.
Highly recommended!

To cut to the chase, the coffee tastes fabulous.
I’m always a touch cynical about websites designed with an air of desperately busy optimism and luridly colourful positivity and the Rave one qualifies with bells on.
I signed up though because the offer seemed good. I was happy with the delivery and packaging, noting the colourful cardboard reminders of how cool and groovy everyone at Rave is and what a thoroughly good egg I was for buying from them. I parked the bags away until my current beans ran out.
The first one opened, a bag of El Salvador San Carlos, in it’s shouty yellow and white bag, has a label attached with details of the origins of its contents for you to bore the arse off anyone who is foolish enough to say how nice the coffee tastes.
Grinding the beans on a Kingrinder K6, the aroma was gorgeous. I use a Gritty blenders portafilter with a puck filter in a Sage Bambino Plus.
The result was a bold, distinctive flavour with the lovely aromas striking through. I don’t really understand tasting notes so won’t start yapping anway about them.
To sum up. If, like me, you’re on a journey to discover great coffee, I can recommend giving Rave a try.
Just put on sunglasses before opening the box.

Placed an order with Rave mid-morning yesterday and amazed it arrived this morning. Super speedy delivery which is greatly appreciated as my caffeine withdrawal is reminiscent of a scene from Trainspotting - I NEED JUST ONE MORE HIT!!!!! 🥶
While I flutter around trying all-sorts of coffee, the coffee at Rave is always very good hence returning. I nearly always favour a single origin over a blend so Rave’s variety is top class. This time I’ve ordered some Mexico Terruno Nayarita, Indonesian Wahana Estate and some China Dongka. Should keep me reaching for the lasers for a month or two 😵💫
Hopefully we’ll see the Mexican “Day of the Dead” coffee at Halloween again and I may have to order at least 2kg…..(yes, it was that good ).

Small glitch in my order, amended correctly in no time. Mistakes happen and it was acknowledged and out right. A rare thing these days.
Ps the coffee is fantastic.

Honestly one of the best coffee brands in the UK.
Been using them on and off for a while and find that they have some of best and freshest coffee. Most coffee I've received is only roasted a couple of days before delivery which is amazing.
Love the amount of choice they have on the website.
Delivery is quick and packaged well.
Feel that they offer great value. It is not the cheapest coffee you'll find, but you certainly get quality for what you pay

There is no denying the Rave packaging is creatively impressive and a visually engaging experience. I'm in the throws of trying out the different coffee types available. So far, not too bad, but my real surprise was the Rave hazelnut syrup which is simply a yucky flavouring. My question therefore has got to be. Why on earth do they think it is acceptable to offer this substandard rubbish alongside reputedly quality coffee products?!

Rave beans damage coffee grinders !
Two of my Sage machines has been badly damaged after i use batch of their beans. Beans were so hard, they damaged gears on both built in grinders. Never seen anything like this before. Have been using so many varietes of coffee beans both freshly roasted and supermarket brands for years and grinders never struggled even on finest settings.
Please be aware when using their beans, you may ruin your machines
Customer service don't believe my story and not helpful at all even when i sent them video of faulty, noisy grinder.
Buy beans elsewhere, there are much better and safer for your machines options out there

I've been buying Rave coffee for 5 years. They've grown to offer an wide variety of single origin beans, so you can keep trying new coffees. The pricing is reasonable and delivery is fast. Royal Mail lost my recent order (empty box arrived!) and Rave fixed it for me immediately. Very impressive customer service - thank you Rave team.

I've had a subscription with Rave now for many months and prior to this I have ordered various coffees.
The service is always good and the coffee exceptional. I am currently addicted to the Strong AF Blend.
The one time things went wrong, they sent ground coffee rather than beans, a replacement was sent immediately with no additional costs.
Highly recommended.
