Update: Jess got in touch with a great service recovery response with a fuller reply. Anyone can get it wrong but managing to recover service levels is a big plus in my eyes

Good beans but poor customer service in my opinion. The marketing is very slick and sets high expectations but in real life, the actual experience falls short.

Shocking first time customer process. I find a deal via Uswitch and it keeps throwing errors so I call and get told they can’t apply the discount provided by Uswitch. I manage to sign up as a new customer as the One Touch Switching process didn’t work.

I then call up to see if the One Touch Switching can be set up over the phone, and was told I’d need to cancel the order and start again if I’d like to get early termination charges set by BT to be paid. That would result in 2 sets of credit checks so I declined.

I’m hoping the service levels get better because it’s Day 1 and my initial perception is that Vodafone Broadband is awful, time consuming and absolutely nothing works

Recommended a solicitor firm (PM Law) which have now been closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority presumably for being awful as they were exceptionally slow. I now need to pay twice to get hold of another Solicitors in order to get the Land Registry Title processed. This is unacceptable

Response to the reply: that is the complete opposite of what was said to me over the phone. “PM Law are our partners and should be appointed to ensure deadlines are met” was the message that was given to me. Don’t try to weasel your way out of it after the fact!

Really poor customer service, had to chase for weeks for an invoice and goods to be collected. When I eventually did receive an invoice, the amount was way under my paid amount! Just pray you won't need any customer support from this company as you won't be getting any!

I had a great experience with Auxillis. Super clean car, great service. Neil on drop-off and Karl on pick up were friendly and professional members of a well-oiled team as well. Thanks!
