PETE COOMBER

Absolutely no quibble returns. Great customer service

The staff at Trek Bicester deserve a special mention for their integrity, friendliness, knowledge and above all their willingness to resolve any concerns you may have. I cannot praise them enough. Coupled with ample, trouble free parking. The well stocked Trek Bicester store is well worth a visit be it for purchase or servicing.

In a beautiful location overlooking Buttermere lake waterfalls and fells.

I ordered a product via Amazon late at night and tried to cancel it within 15 minutes. However it appears that Buy whole foods on line does not accept cancellations and did not respond until after posting, stating that cancellation could not be accepted as the order had been processed!

My first order with swift arrived disappointingly 5 days late. considering I had paid extra for prompt delivery.
I requested a refund which although agreed never materialised.
However the quality of the binds when they eventually arrived was impressive, which prompted me to place a further order two months later.
The quality of the blinds that arrived was very disappointing.
I would not recommend this company due to the inconsistency of the quality of construction.

Hand on heart I haven’t slept so well for years. Our Hypnose mattress is so comfortable my wife tells me that I’m asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow!
Something rarely experienced before the new Hypnos mattress.
I strongly recommend you buy one if you are not enjoying a good nights sleep.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy

Very helpful delivery man.

Dimitrios was very helpful and patient . At no time did I feel pressurized into making a decision although there was a lot of information to take in.

Promt action all round.

Early delivery arrived in the ETA .
But best of all the driver rang the door bell!
Then handed me the parcel.
Brilliant!

Absolutely no qualms return service. Refunded immediately I returned unsatisfactory machine.

Faultless service. Prompt delivery of items, combined with quibble free returns and refunds. Who could ask for more?

Both Severin and Ishmael are excellent ambassadors for DPD when either of these by make a delivery they are always polite and cheerful.

I have found Ribble's service unbeatable both on price and delivery.

I can't fault Ribble 's service or prices.

Excellent products supported by excellent service. Spot on products

Brilliant service and the high quality Bessey clamps arrived swiftly.
A bit surprised that the parcel was left outside our sidedoor in full view of anyone passing the house. I had requested that if no reply the parcel to be left with a neighbour.
