I had a couple of questions regarding my order and delivery. I got in touch with customer service and Beth send me a prompt reply. It was all resolved. Not only Beth was very professional and attentive she came accross genuine and caring trying to find a solution for me. Fast delivery!

Only half the order has arrived so far. Hopefully the rest gets delivered at some point.
After ordering with a delivery date of 26/27 august I got no communication that anything was shipped until yesterday. As I needed the products this weekend I already hadmade a separate purchase on another site.
Very poor experience and doubt I'll order again.

they didn't deliver
they didn't deliver, though they usually do.. I am a client for many years, but this time the package was delivered to a pick up point, and not to my home, which caused a logistics nightmare for me. Their delivery partner in Spain is weak and they refused to use a normal proper courier.

We required extra Electrolytes which were ordered, packed and sent within a few hours- excellent service and a bonus with energy drinks being posted at the same time.
