Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your Steins at Home experience. I am very sorry you were disappointed in the service that you received. I can see as per your order that you selected the delivery date as the 25th of February and this would have been displayed on your order confirmation. It will also state on the confirmation email that the 5 day turnaround is only for our online shop gifts and not our Steins at Home boxes as these are sent out for the day that the customer selects.

I do hope this will not deter you from ordering with us again.
