I got a call at 21:50 saying they were 30 minutes away.
They turned up at 23:30, and there were no apologies.
The box was damaged, they couldn't care less.

To be honest, Very isn't my first choice retailer. But it should. Every time I've used them, they've been perfect.

2- Their pricing is competitive
3- The online customer journey is friction less
4- The delivery is reasonably priced and fast.

Overall, a great customer experience.

Ok, I was a bit scared when I only received an E-ticket and read dreadful reviews on Trustpilot.

I missed my connection in Miami, but it was due to BA not being on time rather than The Travel house messing with flights. I would have had enough time to change planes if the BA flight had been on time and not over an hour late. I had no trouble or had to pay extra to get on another plane.

The overall price was £515, which is a bargain for the £3,000 BA price tag. Yes, BA was direct, but the £2,500 saving makes it worth the pain of a layover.

As I missed my connection on the way in, I emailed the travel agent for the way back. Simon was very responsive and reassuring.

Overall, you get a cheap price and some customer service too.
