Fabulous service from start to finish. Within 48 hours an engineer had been booked and my issue repaired on the day within an hour and for the agreed price with no unexpected add ons. You are given a afternoon or morning appointment and the only very small negative was that I had to contact boxt twice fot an ETA. The engineer was professional knowledgeable and respectful, he went the extra mile and didn't seem narked when my kitchen unit hindered the removal of the boiler front. Thought it sounded to good to be true when I found how boxt worked but it really isn't, I would highly recommend.
