The strap is top quality. The strap feels comfortable on, I liked the detail of the floating keeper, and looks really good. The matte finish and hemp texture enhance the look of the Lorus matte black case and dial. I am so delighted with it that I have just ordered another hemp strap in a different colour!

Fixing the the wedge frame bag is straightforward. Easily removed, although I have kept it on the bike at all times since I purchased it 18 months ago as it is so useful. The fitting is so secure I don't worry about it moving as it has never budged when riding off-ride. Quite simply top quality.

First went to F.W. Evans in London well over 40 years ago when I was impressed witth the helpfulness and enthusiasm of staff. I found that this is still the case today even though there has been considerable expansion and change of ownership since then. Evans are one of two shops locally that supply the particular make/model of bike I was interested in. The response to my initial phone call to arrange a test ride led me to arrnage this with Evans. The test ride showed that the bike was what I was looking for and, crucially, that the staff were both professional and attentive. Needles to say, I bought the bike and would recommend Evans - in fact, I have already done so!

Have been with ZEN internet since 2008 following a recommendation from our son. Amongst all the hype, spin, and deals/offers of other providers ZEN have offered what comes across as a straightforward package that speaks for itself through the quality of provison and, crucially, support. On the two occasions I have had to phone for assistance the response has been exemplary in attentiveness, not being at all patronising in attitude and in sorting out the difficulties. First bought a short 15mm usb extension lead from Lindy a couple of weeks ago. Modest, but after purchasing leads from other suppliers the quality was immediately apparent so when it came to getting a touchscreen pen for a smartphone and iPad2 they were the first port of call. Comparing other suppliers they were not at the cheap end of the market but not as expensive as some others.Decided to go with Lindy and very pleased with the pen so far - time will tell over the next few months how it lasts but I am confident it will stand the test of time as the overall design and build quality appears excellent.
