Had problem, pod point sent engineer out he was polite and went above and beyond for me. Would highly recommend podpoint due to engineer brilliant service 👍

Nothing happened for over 6 weeks. Following 2 messages and approximately 6 phone calls. A PM called and said you had a cancellation! And the installation could take place in 2 days. Ie no contact for 6 weeks after payment!!! Then installer arrives and tells me we are on a loop so he can install but cannot be used until approved by Northern Grid. Which could take weeks or even months. Disappointed, Upset, angry at the service before installation don’t even come close. You have totally let me down.

Prompt service. Installation done in less than 2 hours. all ok and good.

We had a lovely installer (Aaron) who did a great job and was very friendly and courteous. He did a decent job of tidying up afterwards also.

Slightly let down by the organisation and planning. Firstly it took several months to organise the installation date. My first booking was cancelled as they forgot to send a ladder despite me showing photos of where the cable run needed to go. Then took a few extra weeks to organise the second booking and ladder hire.

All fine in the end. Seems like a decent unit and a big upgrade to our previous charger.

Installation was very good, very pleasant and competent installer.

Original appointment for pre-inspection was cancelled, next visit nobody turned up (no prior warning), then the whole installation was delayed.

the installation engineer failed to show up within the timeslot but was 1 hour late, then turned out to be a perfect bloke, with a perfect installation. There was a hiccup with installing the app on my iphone, and it turned out that pod app needed my meter account number, which they responded quickly to with calls and e mails, and we got it sorted next day when I provided the details..So far the charger works fine, although ive had 2 days where there was no connection to the pod from the app, but am still working out on the house wifi signal strength, so it may have been a wifi on my side issue. But overall a satisfactory installation 2 weeks on

We have just had our pod installed.Service was first class,guy arrived as scheduled,was polite and friendly.He did the job quickly and efficiently with no mess.He explained how to charge a vehicle but as we do not have our electric vehicle until next week we ca not say for certain that all is working fully yet

Everything went smoothly, from initial contact with customer services to final installation by fitter. I was guided through the process from getting permission to applying for a grant. Pod automatically contacted me once OZEV had been granted and then a few days later, whatsapped me with an installation day and contacted again 45 mins before fitting to let me know they were on their way, brilliant! Very happy.

Having had solar installation I couldn’t get my car to charge, it just kept tripping out. I tried to ensure WiFi connection was working without success.
I messaged Pod Point and was helped by Nick Remulla, further details on my charger unit were required. Once I provided these the charger was updated, including all solar amendments and is working again. Polite, friendly and professional service throughout. If you have a problem don’t be afraid to contact for advice and help.

My car charger was not doing its job. Seriously worried, no recharging during my set hours. Jomel was a star, set it all up for me and I will now have my lovely Kia charged as needed.

So, after an amazing swift start unfortunately the lead times quoted were not being met! Frustrating! And being asked to pay twice was frustrating too! Then after a week I am advised that an engineer was required to Survey the Site which appeared to be overkill as the initial process of the online Self Survey and images sent on a very straight forward install I considered a survey to be excessive. Engineer attended and advised "Yes this is straight forward!" Then to be told that the next install was over a month away added to my frustrations. However, in my frustration and following my request for a Full Refund yesterday I was called today (22/07/26) and told an Engineer was available TODAY! A cancellation this AM helped and so Jake (top Bloke) has installed the Pod Point and we are now good to go! I know the demand for Car Chargers is high at present but I just wish the comms were better....
