My EV car had a warning in the panel that the charge was not complete for to low voltage. I contacted Pod Point and initially received an email detailing steps to follow to contact the Podpoint charger on line.
This proved pointless. I contacted Pod Point again by phone.
Mark walked me through the procedure with great patience and civility. We eventually gained access to the charger and all is well. Mark was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have a problem with a component on my Jorvik which means it is unridable.
I contacted Jorvik Customer Services who once they discovered the age of the trike ( 7 years ) said the items are no longer in stock and they cannot help.
I wrote back with details of the faulty fitting asking if they could put me in touch with someone who might be able to assist. Jorvik Customer Services wrote back to say the customer service manager is away. Don't bother with asking for support for your expensive trike. Jorvik are not interested.

Straightforward and simple to process

Glow Green recently installed a Solar Panel System with Storage Batteries in my house.
They gave good advice at the initial inquiry and offered a competitive price.
GG have been totally professional throughout the process. It was highly complex in our case because we already had a solar installation into which the new system had to be integrated. They handled the application to the Network Provider without fuss. All of their arrangements including scaffolding, installation and follow-up have been on time and faultless.
The system is running very well and performing exactly as predicted. I have called GG back for information and at all times the staff have been friendly and efficient.

The driver topped up the tank quickly and efficiently.

I have a re-occurring issue with earwax in that every few years, the wax builds up to the point where I lose my normal hearing and experience some tinnitus.
I have had microsuction before by an ENT Consultant. I found the procedure at the Ilminster Surgery to be extremely efficient, professional and successful. I left the surgery enjoying normal hearing again. Steve Mahoney is reassuring and gentle. I can recommend his practice without reservation.
