The item i needed was out of stock
The item i needed was out of stock, they informed me straight away and offered me an alternative but I decided to wait for new stock coming in. The new stock arrived very quickly and they shipped my item out straight away. I'm very pleased with the item and the overall service.

Ordered chain for an urgent requirement…fail
Ordered chain for an urgent requirement selected items showing as in stcok but DPD emailed to say wont be delivering next day as purchased. Not S3i fault but you are only as good as the weakest link in your supply chain no pun intended. Cant vouch for quality of anything to be honest other than DPD let down. To be fair S3i cancelled and refunding no quibble but still a waste of time
