Reggie Nongbri who not only understood my problem but managed to supply me with information in order for me to fix the problem. She's a credit to the company.

I bought a velvet foot stool in August 21, didn't start to use it till after new year as I was away for several weeks. This afternoon I leaned on it to pick something up from the side and the leg broke. When I assembled it originally, it didn't sit level on the ground, should have returned it but it was too big and heavy for me to lift. It'll be going the the bin as it's useless. Be warned, there stuff seems cheap but you get what you pay for, Rubbish.

I've had several reviews posted on Trust pilot successfully. They do well to warn unsuspecting customers of the pitfalls of online shopping, as well as pointing out the benefits other customers have experienced. The reason for four stars I couldn't post what a god awful company Hermes is but apparantly Hermes won't allow people to tell the truth about their dreadful experiences.

I took out home insurance through Top Cashback. It didn't immediately track so I messaged them about a week ago and the cash is in my account now. The insurance was activated on Dec 16th so I don't think that's a very long time to wait. I'm pleased.

This pickup and delivery was as perfect as can possibly be. I picked my chosen Courier and date with Parcel Force 48. I was given a 12 hour slot for pick up, they came took what to me was a very heavy parcel without any problems. The pick up driver was friendly, polite and professional. My parcel reached its destination exactly forty eight hours after pick up. Excellent.
