We had excellent service here when we bought our car. Lee was friendly and professional as was his colleague. He took time to explain our options clearly and we did not feel pressured to buy immediately, we had time to reflect before making a decision. The buying process was clear and straightforward and did not take an unreasonable amount of time even though the car had to come to the dealership from away. We would definitely use them again if we decided to change the car. We really like our Torres and think it was excellent value for money.

Kind Patches are great. Their stress down ones really work and their customer service is excellent. I had a shipment go astray and they sent another with no delay or queries.

We have a variable experience with DPD. One driver is excellent and deliveries go smoothly but if there is a different driver it can be very patchy with parcels left in the wrong location or no attempt made to deliver although it has been claimed that there has been. I probably wouldn't use them if I had a choice of another service.

I always use Cartridge Save because their products are excellent and good value. Their customer service is great and despatch is superfast.

The service we received was very prompt and both the office and the engineer were super helpful, explaining what needed to happen at each stage. The fault was diagnosed and fixed very quickly and we were especially grateful that they were able to do the work before Christmas.

Sam was very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable and she showed us around the showhouse and explained everything including all our options very clearly. She didn't make us feel at all under pressure either. Her enthusiasm and detailed understanding of the house and our needs impressed us and we will almost certainly look to buy based on what we saw and on her welcome. It is clear that the building and finish are of high quality with some options to make personal choices about flooring, tiles etc.

We bought a fox planter and it is really cute. Its beautifully crafted and we love it. A nice touch is the non slip non scratch feet. It came very securely packed and with a lovely silk bag. The despatch was super fast.

We buy an HA catfood from this company on a regular basis and their prices is always reasonable, with fast and efficient service.

We stayed at the Gatwick Airport Courtyard by Marriott. The room was comfortable and very clean with a well equipped bathroom. We ate in the hotel and the food was good although the prices were quite steep. Service was efficient, although we had quite a long wait (about 15 mins) to check in when we arrived. Checkout took only a few minutes and the shuttle bus service, which comes right to the hotel door, was really good with a regular and frequent service. The included parking with Maple Manor was excellent, the car was taken away and returned with speed and efficiency. It was worth paying the extra fee to have the car returned directly to us at the terminal. All together the parking and hotel package was good value and got our holiday off to a relaxed, fuss free start.
