Unpuff Definitely Works!😳
Great communication about products. Delivered quickly. I got the two metabolism patches and I haven't used them long enough to review them. However, the Unpuff patch works wonders. The first night having it on, i literally was going to the restroom almost every hour. I really released alot of fluid! Unpuff is the best name because it will definitely help with fluid retention.

Look up "do GLP-1 patches from Kind actually work" on Chat GPT, Google etc.
It isn't actually GLP-1 for a start, the dosage of berberine etc is waaaay too low to do anything and your skin acts as such a strong barrier that you dont absorb that tiny amount. It's a placebo at best. Do a 24 hour fast once a week, eat your carbs last and do a 10-20 min walk after eating, especially larger meals.

day 3, so far so good
I’m only on day 3 of using the patches so I can’t be 100% sure if they work or not, that’s why I gave it 4 stars, and not 5. But so far, I did notice that I have less cravings, and my appetite seems to be more « under control ». Energy levels are good too. Will keep using for the whole month.

It works the first day
In my profession I do a lot of overtime. Day six of work im usually extremely tired but the energy patch top tier. I felt the effects all day and it was my first time using it.
