Booking in for an experience, spent a few hours deciding, offer on also for a 20% discount (bonus). Get to checkout and find my gift card wouldn’t work. I was bitterly disappointed and extremely frustrated (especially as it was the last day of both the offer and the gift card validity (I know last minute is never a good idea)). Emailed Virgin and they have honoured the gift card and the discount and arranged for it all to be sent out within a record time. Chantelle was absolutely fantastic, understood my problem, offered to resolve it and did so without any issues at all - thank you!

Having used Lloyds direct for the first three months to be collected from a local pharmacy I was appalled by the service, lack of stock, slow prep and the pharmacies lack of awareness that the orders had been sent.

Fast forward to this month and I decided to try delivery to the house. What a completely different experience. Swift, accurate and delivered on time without issue. Faith restored and a hope that this continues moving forward.

Only just signed up but the process, communication and service to date has been better than expected. Cannot fault it and hope it continues.

Damaged parcel, holes in it, rips in the box and open completely on one end. Surprise present having to be opened and put up due to the condition it arrived in. One scratch luckily to item which was hidden from view but overall poor. Surprise ruined due to lack of care.

I think perspective and individual conditions and intensity need to be taken into account.

My wife purchased these for me to see if it would reduce tinnitus. At the price point and for those that suffer, a bargain to try and get some peace.

So, for me with constant high level tinnitus no it hasn’t ‘made it go’. What is has done is reduce the background noise that I didn’t realise was so instrusive. It has changed the pitch of the tinnitus - I guess based on the frequency of what’s getting in to the ear - this has changed the tinnitus from something that is constantly competing with everything else to something that is there but not as intrusive.

As others have said tinnitus rarely starts overnight, it takes time for you to tune out and stop noticing it at times, it would figure that a change in pitch and what your brain is used to processing will again take time to adjust to.

What I would offer as a takeaway for anyone looking at trying these:-
cost - minimal
benefit - even though it won’t get rid of your tinnitus - and anyone genuinely expecting that with knowledge of the disease would be expecting a lot for the price point - it may improve your ability to focus of things differently. Finally it has meant I can clearly hear the tv and music without as much interference. As others have said you don’t realise how much interference there is until you take them back out. I have only worn them for a day and already I feel less stressed and bombarded - as a tinnitus sufferer you will appreciate how frustrating competing noises can be - this helps! Thank you Flare.

Good layout, swift checkout process, delivery was excellent especially considering the current Pandemic. Had a slight fault with one controller and contacted them, promptly replied and arranged for return. Cannot fault them.

Easy application process, clear and simple instructions and card delivery. Activated and used without issue. Payment and direct debit set up without issue. Only reason for lower star rating is due to balance transfer - took card to transfer existing balance of another card. Outlined required credit for this in application and application accepted. Card arrived with limit way lower than that needed, therefore credit line taken and reduced chances of taking an alternative product with another provider. There should be an inbuilt system to highlight this and fife a choice prior to issue whether or not to progress. Overall though I cannot complain, have kept it and utilise it where needed, no complaints outside of the initial application grumbles.
