I phoned to get a quote and the person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I have today phoned and bought the Annual Travel insurance with George who was also very helpful and answered a couple of questions I had in detail. I would definitely recommend this company

In my opinion this is how arranging insurance should be.
You can speak to a person who understands your requirements and you can explain in more detail than to a generic computer program.

Clear communications

Although I always choose All Clear to be my insurers i was truly upset this last time as my premium had literally doubled in price since I last visited Tunisia in April 2026 to insure me to go back to the same place inOctober this year.
Unfortunately next time although your advisors are lovely I will be forced to shop around.
The staff at your centres are always helpful friendly and efficient

Easy and simple to do

My insurers of the last few years made an error on my renewal and the whole process was tortuous.
AllClear had just sent me a marketing piece offering 20% off.
So I thought I would sit down and apply on line as it was a Sunday.
I have a number of medical conditions and usually you cannot get a quote on line until you have spoken to an operator. No the ALLCLEAR website application form is excellent and asks all the right questions under your circumstances and finally a quote was generated.
We were so pleasantly surprised that we added in my husband as well!!!
Result….. two valuable policies to competitor cancelled ( cooling off period!) . I have total faith in my new insurer.
I would recommend them to anyone with pre existing medical conditions.

Rianna the person I took policy out was very patient, and listened to me.

We have experienced, and continue to experience very poor customer service from Allclear.
My wife broke her ankle whilst on holiday, and the medical support team provided very little help, and would not help with repatriation to the uk, leaving me to spend 9 hours on the phone to airlines trying to arrange a flight. To add insult to the injury we have filed a claim for expenses on the 9/6/26 and haven’t heard anything from the company regarding payment, or questions about our claim. So much for settling claims in 5 days!
They seem very happy to take your money, but that’s where it ends.
I cannot recommend using them unless they up their game.

Both the people we spoke to were polite and very understanding that all I can ask.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from AllClear. The price was very fair, and I now have complete peace of mind knowing I'm fully covered for my previous health conditions while travelling.

She explained everything clearly, didn't try to sell me lots of unnecessary extras, and made sure I understood exactly what I was covered for. The whole process was straightforward, stress-free, and much easier than I expected.

I have taken off a star as the insurance is for a booking that is a surprise for my husband.
