There was a slightly long wait but once I was seen the process was really easy and quick, even sorted out to service the car as part of the sale for me as service warning light came up, definitely recommend this garage made the process so simple, easy and stress free, Leon was a lovely sales person!

Having read about this garage online & the car I saw advertised for sale I felt I should take things further & come up from Suffolk to visit & test drive the car I was interested in & considering buying.
When I did agree later in the week to buy the car saleman Leon Issac made it all very straightforward indeed with everything.
Yes I would recommend this garage to anyone considering visiting & buying their next car or first car perhaps.

Great service from the initial seeing the car to the collection. No pressure sales tactics and a great price on the car.

I was helped by Thomas Rodger’s to find my new car. I originally came in for a car that was over my budget so he helped me to find some more in my budget. He made sure the sale went through swiftly and ensured he kept me informed throughout the process . Thomas answered any concerns I had and helped make me understand more.

The services was good but they give me a car that have almost no petrol I crawl to the petrol station and because of that I almost run out of petrol and they promise that they was going to give me a decent amount of petrol. The guys deal with me okay when I was there but the women acted as if I was a problem.

We had a pretty chilled experience. I had some decisions to make and it was very much "take your time". No pressure. I ended up driving away in a great little car (which wasn't the one I'd originally come to see but was bigger and cheaper - and has a spare tyre!).

I wanted to pick the car up on the thursday after viewing it at the weekend and agreeing to purchase it. I was asked if I could pick it up on the monday instead. I received a call on the monday morning telling me to collect the car at 12 mid day. When I got there I was told there was an issue with the car. I eventually left the dealership at approx 4.30pm. I specifically asked if the car had 2 keyfobs before purchasing it and was told it had. When I got home I tried the 2nd keyfob which was in an envelope in the handover pack and it did not function. It was a different looking fob and it appears from my research never belonged to that car. Nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a call from their Keyfob repair person they use despite having chased this 4 times. The staff are friendly and polite but do not seem committed to sorting out this niggling and irritating issue. Other than that the car seems fine to date.

Lovely friendly and helpful people. Cars are in good condition and at a better standard that other places I have been. My only issue was how long you can wait as they are very busy.

We were surprised how busy it was even on a weekday evening. We talked to Paul and he was friendly and approachable. It was easy to talk to him and he was happy to answer any questions we had. They had a wide range of cars and everything went smoothly with the car we bought and we’d be happy to use Hilton Garage again. Thank you for your help
