Abstract
Description
本願は、2015年2月19日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/118,179号(発明の名称:Method of making simulated tissue using stencils)および2015年2月23日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/119,542号(発明の名称:Foam-on-mandrel method of making simulated anatomy)の優先権および権益主張出願であり、これら米国特許仮出願の全てを参照により引用し、これらの記載内容全体を本明細書の一部とする。
Claims (29)
- 模擬組織構造体を製造する方法であって、
近位端、遠位端および長手方軸線を備えたマンドレルを用意するステップを含み、前記マンドレルの前記遠位端は、長さを備えたインターロック部分を含み、
模擬組織構造体の内側部分を用意するステップを含み、前記内側部分は、前記インターロック部分を受け入れるよう寸法決めされるとともに形作られたルーメンを有し、前記インターロック部分の長さ全体が前記ルーメン内に配置されるようになっており、
前記内側部分が前記マンドレルに嵌着するステップを含み、
前記マンドレルの前記インターロック部分を前記内側部分の前記ルーメン内に配置するステップを含み、
前記マンドレルを前記長手方向軸線回りに回転させるステップを含み、
未硬化シリコーンを前記内側部分に塗布するステップを含み、
前記シリコーンを硬化させて前記内側部分を包囲する外側部分を形成するステップを含み、
前記内側部分および前記外側部分を一ユニットとして前記マンドレルから取り外すステップを含む、方法。 - 前記マンドレルを有するステップは、前記インターロック部分の遠位側または近位側に位置する解剖学的に造形された部分を有するマンドレルを用意するステップを含み、前記未硬化シリコーンを塗布するステップは、未硬化シリコーンを前記解剖学的に造形された部分および前記内側部分に塗布して前記外側部分を形成するステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的に造形された部分は、ヒトのファロピウス管の少なくとも一部を真似るよう形作られている、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記内側部分と前記外側部分との間に設けられた人工腫瘍を用意するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側部分は、前記人工腫瘍を着座させるよう寸法決めされるとともに形作られたディンプルを含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項一に記載の方法。
- 前記内側部分および前記外側部分を取り外すステップは、前記外側部分を前記内側部分に向かって転がすステップを含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンを硬化させるステップは、前記外側部分を前記内側部分に付着させるステップを含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側部分は、前記外側部分の直径よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 模擬組織構造体を製造する方法であって、
模擬解剖学的構造体を用意するステップを含み、
長手方向軸線、近位端および遠位端を備えたマンドレルを用意するステップを含み、前記マンドレルは、前記模擬解剖学的構造体に取り外し可能に取り付けられるよう構成されており、
前記模擬解剖学構造体を前記長手方向軸線に沿う場所で前記マンドレルに連結するステップを含み、
前記マンドレルおよび連結状態の模擬組織構造体を回転させるステップを含み、
第2の材料を未硬化状態で前記マンドレルおよび前記模擬解剖学構造体に塗布するステップを含み、
前記第2の材料を前記模擬解剖学構造体および前記マンドレル上で硬化させて前記模擬解剖学構造体を前記第2の材料の薄いシェル内に包囲した模擬組織構造体を形成するステップを含み、前記模擬組織構造体は、前記マンドレル上で硬化させた前記第2の材料によって画定される少なくとも1つのルーメンを有し、
前記第2の材料を前記模擬解剖学的構造体に取り付けるステップを含み、
前記模擬解剖学的構造体を前記取り付け状態の第2の材料と一緒に取り外すステップを含む、方法。 - 前記模擬解剖学的構造体と前記第2の材料との間に設けられた模擬腫瘍を用意するステップを更に含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 模擬組織構造体であって、第1の材料の近位端および遠位端を有する模擬解剖学的構造体を含み、前記第1の材料は、近位端および遠位端を備えた第2の材料の薄いシェル内に配置され、前記模擬解剖学的構造体は、前記第2の材料に取り付けられ、前記模擬解剖学的構造体は、前記近位端のところに第1の直径および第1のルーメンを有し、前記第2の材料は、前記近位端のところに第2の直径を備えた第2のルーメンを有し、前記第1のルーメンは、前記第2のルーメンと実質的に整列している、模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第1の材料は、フォームであり、前記第2の材料は、シリコーンである、請求項11記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第2の材料は、ファロピウス管の形をしており、前記解剖学的構造体は、子宮外妊娠部を真似るよう構成されている、請求項11又は12記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第2の材料および前記解剖学的構造体は、ヒトの子宮を表現するよう寸法決めされるとともに形作られている、請求項11又は13の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記模擬解剖学構造体の前記近位端を越えて近位側に延びている、請求項11乃至14の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記模擬解剖学構造体の前記遠位端を越えて遠位側に延びている、請求項11乃至15の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第1の直径は、前記第2の直径よりも大きい、請求項11乃至16の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬解剖学的構造体は、前記遠位端のところに遠位直径を有し、前記第2の材料は、遠位直径を有し、前記第2の材料は、前記模擬解剖学構造体の前記遠位端を越えて軸方向に延び、前記模擬解剖学的構造体の前記遠位直径は、前記第2の材料の前記遠位直径よりも大きい、請求項11乃至17の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記解剖学的構造体と前記第2の材料との間に配置された模擬嚢胞を更に有する、請求項11乃至18の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 模擬組織構造体を製造する方法であって、
扁平な第1の基層を用意するステップと、
少なくとも1つの穴を備えた第1のステンシルを用意するステップと、
前記第1のステンシルを前記第1の基層に被着させるステップと、
前記第1のステンシルを介して第1のステンシル層を前記第1の基層に被着させるステップと、
前記第1のステンシルを取り外すステップと、
扁平な第2の基層を用意するステップと、
前記ステンシル層および前記第1の基層を覆った状態で第2の基層を前記ステンシル層および前記第1の基層に被着させるステップと、
前記第2の基層を前記第1の基層に付着させるステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記ステンシル層を被着させるステップは、未硬化シリコーン、接着剤、レジスト、剥離剤、ポリフィル(polyfill)、ヒドロゲル、導電性材料、メッシュ、およびフィラメントから成る群から選択された材料を被着させるステップを含む、請求項20記載の方法。
- 前記第2の基層を被着させるステップは、未硬化シリコーンを被着させるステップを含み、更に前記シリコーンを硬化させるステップを含む、請求項20又は21記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの穴を備えた第2のステンシルを用意するステップと、
前記第1のステンシル層および前記第1の基層を覆って前記第2のステンシルを前記第1のステンシル層および前記第1の基層に被着させるステップと、
前記第2のステンシルを介して第2のステンシル層を前記第1の基層および/または前記第1のステンシル層に被着させるステップと、を更に含む、請求項20乃至22の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項20記載の方法によって製造された模擬組織構造体。
- 模擬組織構造体であって、
第1の面および第2の面を備えた扁平な第1の基層を有し、前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間には実質的に一様な厚さが定められ、
第1の面および第2の面を備えた扁平な第2の基層を有し、前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間には実質的に一様な厚さが定められ、前記第2の基層の前記第2の面は、前記第1の基層の前記第1の面に向き、前記第2の基層は、前記第1の基層に付着し、
前記第1の基層と前記第2の基層との間に配置された機能材料を備えた少なくとも1つの機能層を有し、
前記機能層は、前記機能層を被着させるための少なくとも1つの穴を備えたステンシルを介して形成されている、模擬組織構造体。 - 前記機能層は、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との付着度を増大させるよう構成された材料から成る、請求項25記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記機能層は、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との付着度を減少させるよう構成された材料から成る、請求項25又は26記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記機能層は、着色シリコーンから成り、前記第1の基層および前記第2の基層のうちの1つまたは2つ以上は、透明でありまたは部分的に透明である、請求項25乃至27の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記機能層は、解剖学的構造体の形をした着色シリコーンから成る、請求項25乃至28の何れか1項に記載の模擬組織構造体。
