Abstract
一种子宫手术教学训练模型,包括会阴部和女性下腹部躯体模型的透明壳体、乳胶子宫模型、与会阴部一体的阴道模型,所述阴道模型与透明壳体仿照人体相应器官位置固定连接为一体,阴道模型的体内部分为端部开口的管状,其外固定套接一轴承,轴承外固定套装一轴承套,所述乳胶子宫模型可拆式套接在所述轴承套外。本实用新型所述的仿真教学模型使用透明壳体,使学员能够在接触到体内器官的同时还能够看到所接触的位置。可以更换子宫模型且子宫模型结构可以人为操作转动,可以让学员感觉到不同子宫和不同方向的子宫形态触感;模型底部带有防滑垫,操作时位置稳定不容易移动。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗模型用具或教学模型用具,具体说是一种子宫手术教学训练模型。
背景技术
医疗教学尤其是医学院对于产科教具有较为丰富的教学模型供学员们动手实习,然而妇科的教学模型非常匮乏。
作为妇科手术用教学模型,应该让学员能够通过教具了解到妇科所涉及的子宫在体内的不同位置(前位、平位、后位、右旋、左旋等)和结构,另外还需要模拟不同的患病子宫在体内的形态,使得临床医学专业的实习生和初学者能直观的看到不同的体内的子宫形态、位置和大小,能在模型上应用窥阴器、宫颈钳和探针直接探查子宫,避免了传统教学模式——由带教老师扶着学生的手直接在患者身上去感受。避免了可能造成子宫穿孔的风险。是可以让学员快速了解掌握技术知识的模型。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种子宫手术教学训练模型,使学员能够快速接触到、且能看到体内各种子宫不同的形态。
所述子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:包括会阴部和下腹部在内的女性腹部躯体模型的透明壳体、乳胶子宫模型、与会阴部一体的阴道模型,所述阴道模型与透明壳体仿照人体相应器官位置固定连接为一体,阴道模型的体内部分为端部开口的管状,其外固定套接一轴承,轴承外固定套装一轴承套,所述乳胶子宫模型可拆式套接在所述轴承套外。
乳胶子宫模型的大小分为:正常大小、孕1月、孕2月、孕3月;患病子宫模型分为:子宫前壁肌瘤、宫底部肌瘤、子宫后壁肌瘤。
所述轴承套外固定套接一从动轮,所述从动轮外的右侧设有与之啮合的主动轮,所述主动轮通过传动杆与模型右侧腿部端面的手柄固定一体,所述右侧是指所述训练模型臀部向下且面对腿部时的右手操作侧。
作为一种优化方案,所述透明壳体的腹部端面设有壳体开口,用于从壳体开口处进入壳体内拆装不同大小的所述乳胶子宫模型。
作为一种实施例,所述壳体开口上设有锁扣。
作为优化方案,所述乳胶子宫模型向一侧弯曲。
作为优化方案,所述透明壳体的底部设有防滑橡胶垫。
本实用新型所述的仿真教学模型使用透明壳体,使学员能够在接触到体内器官的同时还能够看到所接触的位置。可以更换子宫模型且子宫模型结构可以人为操作转动,可以让学员感觉到不同子宫和不同方向的子宫形态触感;底部带有防滑垫,操作时位置稳定不容易移动。因此,本实用新型填补了现有技术的空白,提供了一种方便易用的妇科手术训练模型。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:如图1中所示,所述子宫手术教学训练模型,包括会阴部和腹部在内的女性腹部躯体模型的透明壳体1、乳胶子宫模型9、与会阴部一体的阴道模型6,所述阴道模型6与透明壳体1仿照人体相应器官位置固定连接为一体,阴道模型6的体内部分为端部开口的管状,其外固定套接一轴承5,轴承5外固定套装一轴承套8,所述乳胶子宫模型9可拆式套接在所述轴承套8外。由于使用透明壳体1,使得学员在感触无法用肉眼看见的体内部分时,可以在训练模型上对比所触觉的部位。乳胶子宫模型9可拆式套接在所述轴承套8外,可以根据需要更换不同类型和大小的子宫模型。
所述轴承套8外固定套接一从动轮7,所述从动轮7外的右侧设有与之啮合的主动轮2,所述主动轮2通过传动杆3与模型右侧腿部端面的手柄4固定一体。对于任一种乳胶子宫模型9,可以通过手柄4控制转动方向,模拟不同的子宫偏向类型。配合上述可以更换乳胶子宫模型9的特点,可以使学员全面训练感受各种不同的子宫类型和状态。
所述透明壳体1的腹部端面设有壳体开口11,用于从壳体开口1处进入壳体内拆装不同大小的所述乳胶子宫模型9。壳体开口11可以是将透明壳体1完全打开的,或者仅在腹部端面打开,进入腹腔。
作为一种实施例,所述壳体开口11上设有锁扣10。使模型成为可以打开的封闭体。
作为一种优化方案,所述乳胶子宫模型9向一侧弯曲。通过控制手柄4,可以使弯曲方向朝向任何一个方向。能实现向前倾、后倾、右旋、左旋、前倾+右旋、后倾+右旋等各个方向弯曲。
所述透明壳体1的底部设有防滑橡胶垫12。防滑橡胶垫可以在使用训练模型时防止模型整体滑动,便于操作。
Claims (6)
1.一种子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:包括会阴部和下腹部在内的女性腹部躯体模型的透明壳体(1)、乳胶子宫模型(9)、与会阴部一体的阴道模型(6),所述阴道模型(6)与透明壳体(1)仿照人体相应器官位置固定连接为一体,阴道模型(6)的体内部分为端部开口的管状,其外固定套接一轴承(5),轴承(5)外固定套装一轴承套(8),所述乳胶子宫模型(9)可拆式套接在所述轴承套(8)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:所述轴承套(8)外固定套接一从动轮(7),所述从动轮(7)外的右侧设有与之啮合的主动轮(2),所述主动轮(2)通过传动杆(3)与模型右侧腿部端面的手柄(4)固定一体,所述右侧是指所述训练模型臀部向下且面对腿部时的右手操作侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:所述透明壳体(1)的腹部端面设有壳体开口(11),用于从壳体开口(1)处进入壳体内拆装不同大小的所述乳胶子宫模型(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:所述壳体开口(11)上设有锁扣(10)。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:所述乳胶子宫模型(9)向一侧弯曲。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的子宫手术教学训练模型,其特征是:所述透明壳体(1)的底部设有防滑橡胶垫(12)。
