Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种腔镜手术操作训练器,包括监视器(2)、台车(1)、操作箱(3),台车(1)分为上、中、下三层,中层放置操作箱(3),上层放置监视器(2);操作箱(3)模拟人工气腹状态下的腹腔,操作箱(3)上设有摄像机(4)、器械插孔(5)、两个用于控制摄像机变焦的变焦调节按钮(6),其内部设置放置模拟不同脏器和模拟不同技术动作的插件的活动支架(7)。本腔镜手术操作训练器部署在医院内部,可随时进行训练,可模拟单孔、双孔或三孔腔镜手术,能够帮助医生练习腔镜手术中的分离、止血、吻合、钳夹、结扎、缝合等基本动作,使医生能够快速掌握腔镜手术的基本操作。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种腔镜手术操作训练器,属于手术操作教学训练设备领域。
背景技术
微创手术的出现及在医学领域的广泛应用至今已有二十余年。1987年法国医生Mouret进行的第一例微创手术标志着新的医学里程碑的诞生。微创手术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快的优越性。越来越多的医生开始开展微创手术,但仅凭实际手术积累的经验是很不够的,特别是初学者。目前国内腔镜培训没有统一模式,一般都由腔镜器械厂家提供定期集中培训,此种培训方式有路途远,成本高,时间不灵活等缺点。所以,急需一种成本低,操作直观,在院内即可完成腔镜操作训练的装置。
中国实用新型专利200420057838.6,其主要结构是一个盒体,盒体表面设有戳孔,受训者站在盒体前面,手持腔镜手术器械,从戳孔插入盒体内进行操作训练。动作画面由设置在盒体内的摄像头拍摄并在监视器上显示。但是存在以下缺陷:
1、实际的腔镜手术的视野是有一定限制的,从监视器看到的画面仅局限于手术部位,而该训练台摄像头在盒体内部,摄像头视野无法模拟实际中受限情况,这样就削弱了培训效果。
2、该训练台监视器与盒体采用分离式设计,摄像头与监视器之间的线缆暴露在外部,实际使用起来有一定的不便。
3、该训练台没有装配可移动结构,在实际使用中有一定的不便。
中国实用新型专利201020546616.6,主要结构是由担架平台和橡胶人体模型两部分组成,橡胶人体模型表面设有戳孔,内部放置仿真器官,受训者站在平台旁边,手持腔镜手术器械,从戳孔插入盒体内进行操作训练。但是存在以下缺陷:
1、该训练台没有配备摄像头与监视器,而实际的腔镜手术医生均是通过观察由摄像头拍摄传输至显示器的图像来进行手术,该训练方式在观察操作过程方面与实际相差甚远。
2、该训练台采用担架式平台,在实际使用中存在占用空间大,不便移动的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种模拟效果好、操作简便、方便布置的腔镜手术操作训练器。
本实用新型技术方案如下:
一种腔镜手术操作训练器,包括监视器(2)、台车(1)、操作箱(3),台车(1)分为上、中、下三层,中层放置操作箱(3),上层放置监视器(2);操作箱(3)模拟人工气腹状态下的腹腔,操作箱(3)上设有摄像机(4)、器械插孔(5)、两个用于控制摄像机变焦的变焦调节按钮(6),其内部设置放置模拟不同脏器和模拟不同技术动作的插件的活动支架(7)
本腔镜手术操作训练器部署在医院内部,可随时进行训练,可模拟单孔、双孔或三孔腔镜手术,能够帮助医生练习腔镜手术中的分离、止血、吻合、钳夹、结扎、缝合等基本动作,使医生能够快速掌握腔镜手术的基本操作。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参考图1和图2,腔镜手术操作训练器包括监视器2、台车1、操作箱3,台车1用铝合金型材制成,分为上、中、下三层,下层放置器械、耗材等物,中层放置操作箱3,上层放置监视器2。操作箱3由钢板压制成形。监视器2采用带视频信号输入接口的专业彩色监视器。
台车1放置操作箱、监视器及其它器械、耗材,并配有万向轮,方便移动。监视器2接收并显示摄像机拍摄下来的实时画面;操作箱3模拟人工气腹状态下的腹腔,操作箱3上设有摄像机4、器械插孔5、两个用于控制摄像机变焦的变焦调节按钮6,其内部设置放置模拟不同脏器和模拟不同技术动作的插件的活动支架7。摄像机4具有输出高分辨率视频信号的能力,并且可以变焦以及自动对焦。摄像机安装在操作箱3上的固定架上,和固定架用螺栓固定,可以按需要上下滑动,到合适位置后用螺栓锁紧。器械插孔5模拟腔镜手术在腹部的开孔,通过插孔可插入各种操作器械,用于训练操作。
变焦调节按钮6可按动按钮来调节焦距,改变放大倍数,调整摄取图像的大小,满足训练要求。活动支架7放置训练用的各种插件,并可按需要调整倾斜角度。电源盒8内部装有相关电器元件,为各部分提供所需的不同电流。
操作方法
1、开启监视器2电源,使监视器2处于工作状态。打开训练箱3背面的电源开关,使训练箱3处于工作状态,此时监视器2即可显示摄像机4拍摄到的画面。
2、按训练要求在箱内活动支架7上放置训练科目要求的插件。
3、按动变焦调节按钮6,调整视野大小。
4、选择合适的器械插孔5插入器械,进入操作训练。
5、训练结束后,分别关闭监视器2的电源以及训练箱3的电源。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种腔镜手术操作训练器,其特征在于,包括监视器(2)、台车(1)、操作箱(3),台车(1)分为上、中、下三层,中层放置操作箱(3),上层放置监视器(2);操作箱(3)模拟人工气腹状态下的腹腔,操作箱(3)上设有摄像机(4)、器械插孔(5)、两个用于控制摄像机变焦的变焦调节按钮(6),其内部设置放置模拟不同脏器和模拟不同技术动作的插件的活动支架(7)。
