This has been a really poor experience
This has been a really poor experience, and I will not recommend your service to anyone.
I realised I had made a booking mistake right after placing my order. I emailed you immediately before the ticket was issued, yet I never received any reply from your side.
Later I found out that the airline allows free changes within one hour of ticketing. Because I could not get any response from you, I missed this free‑change window.
Afterwards your team could not offer any practical solution. You only kept explaining policies to me. Eventually I had to pay AUD 304 to change my flight.

However, the 1 hour cancellation policy that you mentioned will only apply for tickets purchased directly on the airline's website. It does not apply for tickets issued via travel agencies.
Since your ticket is non-refundable per fare rules, we can only assist you with date change option.

Not Trustworthy, flight make timing changes and they offer for total refund but Jettzy charged me $406 out of $541. Don’t waste your money. Never booked again.

Terrible service. Robot only. No solution. Unlucky is whoever decides to give Jezzy a chance (like I did).
The platform wants you to make a mistake. The interface is terrible and the service is even worst. You do feel like you're dealing with robots (and you are), they don't even try to make it more "human".
I tried to edit a booking before they completed the order and issued the tickets, but because they have already taken payment, I had no choice but to lose my money.
I got in touch with them and tried to stop the order in time, but the robot kept sending me automatic messages about how my booking was non flexible our refundable, and that the order is automatic, so I couldn't do anything about it.
I realized the error in the booking right after they took payment and waaaay before they completed everything with the flying companies. So they are designed for you not to be able to do anything.
I know what non refundable means, thats why I chose it. But it seems to me that if a human was handling the whole process, that could've been avoided, since the purchase wasn't completed.
I guess that is why they bag so much about being an AI agent that process cheap tickets for people. A robot can never be responsable for anything. It's the system, the technology and the "automation".
Well, I will never buy ANYTHING from this platform again. Unlucky is whoever decides to give it a chance (like I did).

In your travel documents, it clearly shows that your ticket comes with 2 pieces of checked baggage (23kgs per bag). As for cabin bag, the standard weight of 7kg will apply.
