Jetty have been in contact with me throughout the process. I appreciate communication.
They don’t answer phones and they don’t care about U have ensured or not.
Terrible customer service when it comes to refunds forget it never will I deal with this company again
I got way cheaper flights than any other company. I had no issues but didn’t require any changes to my booking.
Really quick and easy. Got the email confirmation straight after the payment was made.
Very difficult to get through to speak to a person. While the original booking was cheap, to make a change to flights it cost a fortune. I understand having a $100 fee, that was ok but to charge $1400 difference on top of original for an economy flight was ridiculous. I could get first class for that price! I got a quote to change but didn't go ahead due to being much cheaper to book new flights.

The ticketing is not complex
I bought a return ticket and got two separate one way tickets there and back
I got extra baggage but it only got put on my return flight
The itinerary is not clear, its messy, I dont recommend

First time booking with Jettzy, booked many times before with eDreams with no issues. First red flag was they tried to charge me for sms updates from Jetstar regarding my flight - this is a free service. Second red flag was in the days before my flight I did not receive any contact from Jetstar about my flight, to check in, etc. So, today (morning of my flight) I went manually to the Jetstar website and typed in my booking reference number and last name to retrieve my booking and complete check-in. Upon doing so, I discovered:
1. A fake email address with some combination of my name listed under the contact information, not my real email address.
2. A number I did not recognise listed under the contact information.
3. Perhaps worst of all - a stranger, someone I do not know, on my actual booking, checked-in along with me!
I rang Jetstar directly to sort this out, they could not remove this other person from my booking because (per their words) it appeared that "Jettzy used some sort of promotion that did not allow the decoupling" of this booking.
In the end, they "un-checked" this other person in and assured me they were no longer going to be seated next to me.
I am never booking with Jettzy again.
Jettzy sold me a return airfare, they received payment and while the flight from Sydney remained unchanged, they then said the return seats were no longer available, when I complained they published private information about my wife and I, see below.
Unnecessarily vindictive.

Scammers. booked flights through them. Airline cancelled flight. Went through refund process with Jettzy. Their email stated a 30 day time limit to apply. Got told to expect a 12 week wait for refund. Waited 12 weeks. Zero communication. When I contacted them they then said that my initial refund request occurred more than 48hrs after flight cancellation so therefore I would receive absolutely none of my $1400 back. Absolutely avoid at all costs

I went through the entire process of booking, provided all credit cards and passport details and at the last step it declined the booking saying the flights were not there. I should have known better as their flights were showing cheaper than the next OTA. it's a simple bait and switch scam.

Easy to use no hidden costs about 20% cheaper than other companies for the same tickets.
