I got all the info I wanted including the confirmation n a timely manner.

I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket through Jetabroad for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled, and what should have been a straightforward refund process turned into a frustrating experience lasting several weeks.

Throughout this period, I repeatedly contacted Jetabroad and was continuously told that my refund was being processed. At one point, I was advised that the refund could take 4–12 weeks or even longer!

Customer service was disappointing. I received repeated generic assurances but very little meaningful information about the actual status of my refund. I even received further booking status notifications directly from Turkish Airlines, which raised additional questions about whether my ticket had actually been cancelled properly.

Eventually, after weeks of chasing them, I received my money back. However, the amount of time, effort, and unnecessary stress involved was completely unacceptable.

A refund should not require this much chasing, and customers should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to get their own money back.

The refund eventually arrived, but the customer service experience was far from satisfactory.

My advice to anyone considering booking through Jetabroad: think carefully, particularly if you might need to cancel or change your booking. Saving a little money upfront may not be worth the headache later.

The response to our query was very prompt. Unfortunately the website experience was not that great. The airline we will be using has NO checked baggage. This needs to be made very clear during the booking process.

I just finished everything that I need for my travel and my ticket was ready in less than 20 min is very helpful and everything clear especially the fare is awesome no hidden charge not only that but is look like I find my excellent Booking agency.

The airlines rejected the booking and my 10k is stuck in processing so I can’t book any flights as I don’t have another 10k sitting around, while the ticket price are increasing day by day. Not sure when I will get my refund. I should have gone with a known brand that guaranties booking.

I made a mistake typo on my name while I booked my tickets. Jetabroad was really fast and fixed the issue after 3h ! Such a great service . I don’t put 5 starts because I had anyway to pay some fees to fix my name. Only one letter was wrong …
