DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Item delivered was an absolute joke and nothing like the item advertised. Returns are on the customer so basically hopeless due to the expense. They offered 10% refund! What a joke. Chinese scammers at their worst.

AVOID! It's a SCAM!! I bought 100% Pure Wool Hooded Coat/Full Zip Overcoat for £120 and received 100% polyester rubbish with 1 button,nothing like advertised. They want to send it back to China, even they have warehouse in Edinburgh.

Do not buy from this company, My son ordered a winter jacket that he liked the look of, I ordered it for him and it took a while to arrive he was so disappointed as the quality is really poor and shoddy.

Say's order in next few hours ships same day. Doesn't say from China. 3 weeks to deliver and the size is not as ordered and the quality is less than prison garb. These "people" should be shut down. This is a scam!

I can't get my money back but I can leave a review to warn others. I wish I'd looked up reviews first.

The item I ordered took weeks to arrive and it was nothing like I expected. It was cheap and tiny. I asked for a refund and I was offered a replacement size for another £19.99 and I could keep the original. The original was of no use to me! (£34.99)

I've sent numerous emails asking for details of where I can send my return to but no replies. Hudson Vale - do not even think of replying to this asking me to contact customer service! I have been and I've been ignored.

This company are scamming people in the UK. I had e mails answered at the beginning of the transaction. First of all my address was not recognized. Then I was a business address which they couldn't deliver to. Which we are not. Then they said they will send the goods which they haven't. Now, no reply to anything, The phone number does not connect. E mails not answered.
I have now put the details in the hands of the Bank. Hopefully they will sort it out. Everything looks good with them but it is based in China and they are scamming.

Item was finally delivered after 2 months, bit was completely different from images on website and was damaged. Have sent emails asking for refund, only to be told a replacement is being sent! Have sent 4 emails subsequently asking for a refund not a replacement, but no response. Shocking customer service. Have opened an investigation through my bank and despite Hudson Vale asking me to close this, i will refuse until a refund is paid!

I would strongly recommend reading the reviews before purchasing from Hudson Vale. I returned an item using the return address they provided in China and paid $40 in return postage. I haven’t received my refund, and they’ve stopped responding to me. So I’m now out the cost of the item plus the $40 return postage. Extremely disappointing.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I'd bought a coat, first got suspicious when the instagram link was empty, which is when I looked at the reviews.

So I knew when it arrived the quality was going to be laughable, it's not even the same brand label in the coat. I'm guessing the product shots are Ai as well, but what I've done is contacted my bank to raise a dispute and get a refund.

They'll obviously reply to this review because they want to look legit but it's all fake.

UPDATE: I've just been on the phone to Barclays and I've raised a merchant dispute to get a refund. I advise anyone else to do the same after reaching out to these thieves.

Also Hudson vale, if you are going to reply with a copy and paste response, you should probably make sure the sentence is written correctly.

UPDATE: I got refunded the amount stolen by Hudson Vale. I just need to get rid of the garbage coat they sent me.

I ordered some shorts from this company. They looked great on the website. Paid £24.95

They eventually arrived. Initially communication was satisfactory. Confirm order delivery etc.

The shirts arrived. They were such poor quality and they looked nothing like they did in the picture. The colour was the only similarity

I contacted the company to ask for a refund . They responded asking for photos. I sent photos and that was it. Nothing else despite numerous emails.

Avoid this company

Tried offering various deals for my wrong item that was sent. I refused and asked for refund. 3 months in no refund and now being ignored.

Been reported to my bank. Nothing I can do.

++EDIT++ @customer care team……you have asked me to contact your customer care team, read my review! This is one of the things I am complaining about, you do not respond to customer emails or try the resolve issues

I bought 2 x jumpers on the website, ETA given was 16-17 October, there is still no sign of the product and NO RESPONSE to FREQUENT emails to their ‘customer care’ team! Shocking service

The jumpers are shipped from China and I am not looking forward to receiving my ‘cashmere’ jumpers after having read reviews on here

Avoid at all costs. Waited almost three weeks and customer service is utter rubbish. Below crap quality. Bad stitching, sized On a small child and disappointed is the only polite word i can say. Scammmmmmmm this company is horrific. Do not use them for anything other than a costume material. I have lost all my money that i spent. £100 i wont see again.

This is a scam company - placed an order for two jumpers which arrived and look totally different to the pictures. They won’t let me return them without paying shipping fees to china myself!! Also taking over a week to reply to an email - do not buy from here

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered the Mens Herringbone Wool Blazer with Tailored Fit on 24 September 26. paying £59.95. With a delivery date between 30 Sept and 1 October. Received on 10 September 26 from China.
The description and picture shown on there website did in no way describe the rag that I received: 1, it was not made of wool but synthetic plastic material. 2, it was not of a herringbone design. 3, the collar was a different design. 4, no inner lining at all. 5, no side vents at the back. 6, no breast pocket. 7, No product label.
All in all, a product you would buy for a fancy dress party at the price of less than £10.
I have since looked on their website and checked there photo of the article and find it has been generated by ChatGPT.
The day after I received this article, on 11 Oct 26. I sent an email to Hudson Vale telling them my dissatisfaction with the article and demanding a refund and a pre paid address label for return as the article dispatched to me was not what I ordered.
As of today they have not replied to my email.

On 15 Oct just after I wrote the review I received a response from Hudson Vale asking for order number, home address and telephone number. I responded the same day. As of today 29 October 2026. I still have not heard from them. Disgusting service.

The matching set I ordered has been perfect for travel days. It does not feel restrictive after sitting for hours, and I can still wear it straight from the airport without feeling too casual. I have worn the pieces separately as well, which makes it more useful.

Quality is completely appalling. The item looks nothing like the pictures online and feels cheap and flimsy.

The garment arrived with no tags or labels identifying the product, its composition, or any care instructions. Furthermore, the quality is extremely poor and is, without question, among the worst I have purchased, led astray by 'brilliant photos' of the product on their site.

The item was delivered in a simple zipped plastic bag and did not appear to be new or presented to a standard that would reasonably be expected for a retail purchase. In addition, the workmanship is unacceptable. The sleeve cuffs are so poorly finished that they are visibly different lengths, demonstrating a clear lack of quality control, and did not even feature the buttons on the cuffs as illustrated in the website image. To add insult to injury they offered me they quote "To save you that time and cost, we'd like to offer you a 20% refund"
(£7.99) to your original payment method, and you're welcome to keep the jacket, with nothing to send back. Do not waste your money here—check the reviews before buying.

Bought a casual clothing set for a short trip and it worked well for what I needed. It was comfortable during the journey, easy to pack and did not need much effort to style. Delivery was smooth as well.

Pricing in Euro and reference to local postal provider. Mentions European inspiration. No Size information. Purchased shoes in what I assumed to be UK size, since it was a .co.uk url.
Shoes were US sizing and came from China.
The purported Trustpilot reviews on their site are static images with no links.
Complete fakery. Stay away.
