I spend £30 on return and the items were awful ordered linen jackets and there wasn’t any linen in any of the products polyester!! Really awful and can’t get hold of them they don’t reply please don’t buy anything from them !! Scam

Wentworth London uk they saying be aware it's a scam they are not based in London the product is coming from China I have reported to Trading Standards complaint I sugest that everybody else do also to stop them trading

Dreadful company. Do not use. Products are unbelievably poor quality. The sizing is ridiculous, returns policy an absolute joke.
DO NOT USE.

I regret to say that this company operates in a fraudulent matter, sending clothing which is made of polyester rather than linen or cotton as advertised, and in the case of my order, also totally the wrong size. A request for a refund was met with "send it to China and see how you get on".

The product looks nothing like the pictures on the website

Featherweight cotton, stitching all over the place, XL means Small, really not happy. Delivered a week later that advertised. I am not even bothering to try to return the items after reading how others have been treated, i just accept i have been scammed.

The delivery time took ages to arrive & when it did I wasn't impressed with material or thickness. I ordered 2 sizes bigger for husband & unsure if that will even fit as bought for xmas gift. Ordered earlier as going into hospital so maybe too small anyway

Disappointing product. Make sure your returns policy is made clearer than having to read through lengthy t&c's.

Would prefer to leave a score of 0. The sizing is smaller than indicated and the fabric is nothing like the illustration. The cost of returning it to China is astronomical and uneconomical now being quoted by them as between £15 and £35. An appalling experience that I would not wish anyone else to experience. Labelling the company Wentworth London with absolutely no mention of China or that returns made must be back to China at such high cost is extremely misleading and I'm surprised they are still able to advertise on Google. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

Appalling company very misleading! Rubbish quality which took a month to come, said i wasn't happy with item but in the small print you have to pay to return items to China! Stay well away this company is awful!

This company is shocking! I placed an order & immediately began having second thoughts once some of the reviews popped up. I sent an email within an hour of placing the order to cancel it.
The reply came back saying orders could not be cancelled once a tracking number had been issued & accepted by the fulfilment team! All this within an hour, despite their website saying orders are processed in 1- l2 days.
I have since recieved the order and the items do not resmeble what I ordered in any way. Inferior fabrics, poor quality manufacturing & not to mention the sizing. I am 34 waist, so following their own guidelines I ordered XL, I'm lucky if I can fit a single leg in to the trousers let alone get them on correctly!!!
I'm not trying to return the items, which apparently have to go tontheir Fullfulment team in China, despite them being a company in the Netherlands and stating they only ship withing the UK.
They offer a 15% refund which is the quickest resolution.
Sending items back, they warn can take up to 35 days & all customs costs is paid by the customer!!! & refunds will only be issued once items recieved & inspected!!

Welcome to the latest scam. I bought some shorts on my credit card and thankfully the card company returned my money. I could not find any mention on their website that returns have to be sent to their China location if I had I wouldn't have bought from these cheats. The shorts I bought are not lined, labelled or aligned so only suitable for those people that have their bum on their hip! Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 4 sleeveless jumpers. Were well made but appeared to be double the thickness usually found in the UK. Am concerned they will not wash well or will peel. Ordered a size up as recommended but still a very slim fit. Delivery took 18 days - clearly manufactured and supplied from China although company name Wentworths of London suggest a UK base - but communication was good and tracking provided. For the money I paid I was expecting Next or Marks and Spencer quality - I don’t feel I have received good value for money and wouldn’t order from this company again.

Item arrived looking nothing like its images on their website. Do not buy from them

I bought a shirt from Wentwoth London, not realising it would be coming from overseas and probably made inChina. The word London in the name is a bit misleading. The shirt is flimsy,cheap tat despite costing around£24. It is badly made and hideous. Returning it is too much hassle so it is going in the bin. It was meant to be a present but I would be embarrassed to give this shirt to anyone.

Waited 6 weeks for a shirt , wrong size , completely different shirt , absolutely dire product and service, they have refused any refund or return . Can not stress enough never order from this company.

1 Star is too many for this company. They are truly awful and I would suggest you avoid them like the plague. Wentworth London is, in fact, a Dutch company who ships your order in from China. That takes forever, the items look nothing like the website pictures and the quality is shockingly poor. The refund policy means it is as dear to return the product to China as you paid for the goods, and there is no guarantee that they actually reach the destination. After many emails to Wentworth London, and my request for Dutch Court details off them, I begrudgingly accepted a final offer of a 40% refund and "you can keep the items". These have subsequently been cut up and used as rags for cleaning & polishing.

My order contained three items and they all arrived together. Sizes were correct and there was nothing missing from the parcel. It was a smooth first experience with the shop.

Beware this company is not based in London but Netherlands and China.
The goods are not fit for purpose I ordered a suit and it looked like it was meant for a child the fabric was terrible like nothing I have seen before. They have refused to give me a 100% refund and told me if I return I must pay the post costing up to £40 . It goes against the 2015 Consumer Act and dont be put off by their nonsense. They are subject to UK law and I have reported them, sadly I was told it is a growing practice. So avoid this company at all cost.
