Scammers - AVOID!
Ordered item that took 3 weeks to arrive and was absolutely horrible quality and nothing like the pictures. Denied refund, then offered 10% which I declined, then after sending them all sorts of photos, offered 40% which I declined and asked for a full refund. Then no more replies from customer service. Chinese Scammers at their worst.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Item delivered was an absolute joke and nothing like the item advertised. Returns are on the customer so basically hopeless due to the expense. They offered 10% refund! What a joke. Chinese scammers at their worst.

The lack of transparency of how many tickets are sold prior to purchasing and the chances of the prize actually being given away. Entered 3 raffles only to see afterwards that there is almost no chance of any of the prizes being given away due to the low amount of tickets sold. This was also the case in previous raffles my wife has entered in the past. The solution is to make this information accessible to potential players before purchase. If the consequence is that some competitions that are no longer viable then so be it. Rather have that than misleading players who at best realistically only ever have a shot at 50% of a small amount of entry monies. These unrealistic 'prizes' only benefit Raffall and the prize owners who pocket their share of the tickets sold and retain their property.

All good and easy process. Only wish there as a way to also book tours with the booking. Otherwise would get 5 stars.
