Des boites comme celles-ci ne devraient pas exister alors commandez ailleurs, ce ne sera pas plus cher et sans doute mieux que la qualité déplorable qu'ils vous servent.
Thieves, liars—they sell Chinese junk without even saying so!!! They don't respond to any messages, and there's no way to resolve issues unless you eventually return the products at your own expense. Companies like this shouldn't exist, so order elsewhere—it won't be any more expensive and will likely be better than the deplorable quality they're serving you.
I got in touch with your customer service at least 3 times without any moment from you but as soon I published a bad comment you finally react! I confirm you're thieves. Poor quality( it's even not cachemire) and poor service I wish you'll disappear soon.
