I was so hesitant to purchase from this website due to the mixed reviews I have read but I was so desperate to buy the Haymes sofa set as it was the cheapest price I could find and so I went ahead and ordered. Well, I am soooo glad I did! I went with standard delivery yet it came within a week and for 3 days I got updates about my delivery including a tracker on the day! The 2 delivery guys were also so lovely and even offered to leave the items in a place of our choice. The metal sofa set I bought is beautiful and so comfortable with a wonderful surprise of having adjustable feet for uneven patios. I have been one of the lucky ones it seems. It’s a shame for the negative reviews. For the customers and the business as customers may be put off and not take the plunge like I did. Daals thank you so much for making my experience a wonderful one and for offering a fantastic price for a superb quality sofa set. Even the packaging was amazing with a protective shield when slicing through the box to protect the item! Well done 👏

With regards the the glow Murrow I purchased it is game changer! Can’t believe I wasted so much struggling in bad light to do my makeup!!

I tried other brands but I decided to keep Beautifect’s mirror as it had the clearest and best magnifying size that suited my needs.

I added the 10x small mirror that can be attached with the inbuilt magnet which means you get the best of both worlds and of course couldn’t leave out the portable handbag light up version for on the go!

I have been sent the completely wrong plant! I have submitted photos to confirm this yet after more than a week I am STILL waiting for a reply! Should we also discuss their choice of delivery? Good ole yodel… lightly tapped the door and dumped my plants in 29 degrees heat in my doorstep (apparently a safe place according to them which I did not choose) in a box for over an hour till I noticed from the checking the camera after wondering whern the delivery was going to happen! Never again! Stay clear! I thought I’d save money by using them but after spending more on another website I have seen a clear difference in quality of plants, customer service and delivery! I’ve actually wasted money!!

I. Purchased a candle that was producing black toxic smoke. I contacted customer service and unfortunately Karlee responded. She told me I had to trim the wick before using which the item did not specify. Once I did that, within a minute it started to produce black smoke again… photo and video evidence was provided. This was not good enough for unhelpful Karlee… She told me I did not trim the wick and no other person has complained so there was no issue….. Basically called me a liar even after I sent a video of the trimmed wick. Am I supposed to trim the wick after every minute of the candle burning!! Useless candles and useless customer service!!

I’m really sad to see such bad reviews. My first time (not the last!) using them was an excellent experience. They were the only UK company to have an American product I was looking for. I placed the order and decided to change the colour and got a reply straight away reassuring me that my second choice would be delivered. Upon arrival there was an item missing, however this was so easily rectified with a full apology and free goodies with free next day delivery to boot!….. Sometimes things can go wrong but it’s the customer service and the way things are handled that make all the difference! Amber whom dealt with all my inquiries was excellent! Her customer service alone will be a reason I’ll be coming back to their website my future orders and the fact that they have stock of very hard to find items!!

I was looking for a particular size of the brand and tyre for my car but couldn’t find them anywhere other than here! I have never used them before and so of course I was apprehensive as I’d be changing all four tyres so it wouldn’t be cheap. Once I saw the official tyre brand actually recommended them as a dealer I was sold! I even got £80 off on a special offer! From start to finish it was problem free and the mobile fitter recommended on the website was equally excellent! (Thanx Chris!) I will always come back here for my future tyre replacement!

Unfortunately they look nothing like the flowers I ordered. Half the size from the original advertisement arrangement which was apparently the same size. Very deceiving as you’re ordering blindly. No point showing a picture of something you expect and are paying for and getting something completely different. Every single flower was a poor replacement. Customer service was just as appalling! No apology after having sent both the photo of my flowers I received and the photo from their website that they charged me for! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not use!!

I have been buying all my silk bedding from ellesilk for years now and will not shop anywhere else. Their silk is the most luxurious and last for years. They also have beautiful colours available. To top it all off their customer service is excellent!

I have been with RCIB for 8 years and don’t want to use anyone else. They have been so helpful in finding the best deal every year… However, I had the privilege of dealing with Cheryl Austin and her expertise and attention to detail was outstanding. Her customer service standard stayed with me and when I had an issue recently I reached out to her. Wow, she reminded me just why she stood out from the rest. Immediately she saw an issue that she tried her best to resolve without me even mentioning it and she kept me in the know throughout the day reassuring me that she hadn’t forgotten. It is so reassuring when you find a someone of this calibre. She is a true asset to any company. I was also not surprised to see her name mentioned on here by others. It only goes to prove my point! Cheryl I thank you sincerely for your honest, sincere and genuine care you show me as a client and others. I appreciate you!

I needed to my mum a last minute gift (her birthday is today!) and stumbled on your website the day before and I am so glad. The options you have, the pricing and the gift message that was added was beautifully written as if by hand. The packaging was excellent also. Wow just came on here to write a bad review to reflect my experience and have found others feel the same!
Customer service is APPALLING!!
Paid for 2 day delivery and the seller couldn’t be bothered to dispatch the item 4 days later still waiting!
Wayfair representative who’s name Wayfair have asked for me to remove was absolutely no help making up excuses and fobbing me off with false information blaming the EVRI when I had the deliveries the very same day the item should have arrived from EVRI with Jo problem. Then she had the cheek to tell me it would arrive on a bank holiday when they don’t deliver on bank holidays!!!
SHE REFUSED TO REFUND ME NY DELIVERY CHARGE….
Awful service… AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR AT YIUR OWN RISK IF THINGS GO WRONG!!

I have always gotten my silk bedding from ellesilk as having tried many before they have the best quality and last many years (yes years!) of washing.
They have excellent customer service and items arrive beautifully packaged. They make wonderful gifts for loved ones too as everyone should be sleeping in luxury silk!

I only buy my silk bedding from ellesilk. I have used them for years. The silk is beautiful using 22mm as standard. Wonderful colours available, beautifully stitched and lasts wash after wash! I recently upgraded to their 25mm and it’s even better. I buy gifts for my family too. Excellent website, excellent prices and excellent customer service.

Do NOT ever use this service to send abroad! What a buck of crooks! Over priced and totally inadequate service! Paid fo tracking service that showed my parcel being sent to ITALY turning up in USA!!! After querying this I find out after 1 week the parcel is STILL in the uk!! Absolute rubbish. Why pay for TRACKED service if you CAN NOT track To save your lives!!

My sister took 3 pairs of boots to the Loughton store all for a simple re-heeling. The guy there persuaded her to have the soles replaced too for an extra cost of course... I put on a pair of boots when she got them back and within 7 mins of walking after constantly checking if the tip fell off as they felt wired the heel broke!!!! Snapped from the top! I had to go to work with a broken heel that was perfectly fine!! I’m still waiting for a response!!

Misleading website policy and incompetent staff whom I’ll name and shame thanks Rebecca for your bad customer service, INCORRECT information and lazy attitude that you can’t even check my order number details to give me the correct information. Can’t put me into your supervisor as the the website CLEARLY STATES YOU SHOULD and Tessuti thank you for getting back to regarding my complaint... I’m still waiting. With so many fantastic worthy staff being made redundant or sacked due to COVID I CANNOT believe you pay someone so incompetent to represent you. Wow
