Satisfied customer!
The ordering process was easy although booking the fitting didn't work online, I requested a callback and I was telephoned by a very helpful lady who organised my appointment very efficiently.
I arrived at the tyre centre and the fitter (James) was finishing a job but despite being on his own was communicative and pleasant and when it came to the actual fitting was knowledgeable and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. The price of the tyres was competitive too.

Amazing service from booking online to being kept updated regarding the appointment
Fitter was very helpful and did an amazing job with lots of extra support given regarding aftercare etc.

Two new tyres
The tyre fitting was satisfactory, but the customer service was poor. I had to wait for at least 10minutes before someone appeared at the desk and there was no politeness or welcome. Customer service is important and the staff could do with brushing up on making a customer feel welcome!!
