Ordered tyres that couldn’t be delivered on time even though it was 1 week in advance. They changed the garage and the date and still couldn’t deliver. Refunded quickly but shouldn’t offer what u can’t deliver.
Have used black circles a few times & always happy. A good variety of tyres from big brands to the cheaper options. Prices are good aswell & delivered in very good time.
Poor quality tyres fitted by an appointed retail outlet. Very dirty and the brand name of Goodyear Efficient Grip was barely visible. Ive also experience poor customer service from two different Blackcircle appointed agents where parts go missing from car. It feels like there is some resentment in play that these garages have to do work for Blackcircles. Im not sure I would go there again. Far better quality tyres were fitted on roadside through my breakdown insurance cover. Same brand of tyre in the same year.

I used Black circles recently for two new rear tyres on my Boxster. The garage I went to didn't bother balancing the tyres even though I queried this. They also damaged my wheel. After reporting this to Black circles they told me it was my fault and the damage was already there. The price seemed good at the time of purchase but turned out to be a false economy.

I have ordered 4 tyres with fitting at the listed garage , 6 days before fitting day, only 3 have been delivered, no one sent me any message about 1 tyre missing.
AVOID ON ALL COSTS

Hugh, Colin @ wheel specialist. We don’t have a wheel to fit this car as is SUV. Our temp wheels don’t match up unfortunately. Sorry.

The only bad thing was the packaging, only a plastic veil, which has been holed during the journey.

I don’t know why they are asking to give rate after bad experience!! I ordered new tires to fit in July 2025 , and I received part manufactured in January 2025 and other in June 2024 !!!
8 months difference, and they couldn’t do anything to address this issue !!! Just useless and you have no choice to reject what they will ever fit …
Avoid don’t buy unless you get it confirmed and agreed before purchasing …
Update:
Got contacted by Ryan who confirmed no solution for this !! So costumers will keep receiving tires with different dates up to 5 years !!!
They offered discount for next purchase!! I said use the same discount to refund my purchase but they said we can’t !!!
… just be careful with your next purchases or go with Tyre Shopper they are much more professional …

Everything was great. When the tire delivery was delayed by a day a customer service representative reached out to me immediately to make sure everything still works well for me. They then re-contacted me to confirm delivery.
