I ordered (and payed, of course) in April a set of four tyres (2 of one kind, 2 of another kind since my car has this setting). Two of them arrived correctly at the installation service point, the other two of them never arrived. The order on the website looks like “ongoing” even if if you click on one of the two tracking numbers it looks in error. I tryed writing an email and never received and answer, writing to the chatbot that continues to answer that there’s no pending order (the chatbot cannot retrieve one of the two product codes within the order, it doesn’t exit for it). I called the telephone number and received no answer by the AI that is responding and it is impossible to talk to a human. Worst service ever.

On 21 March 2026 I ordered 4 tyres at Gommadiretto.
They weve supposed to be delivered directly to the tyre shop but they were'nt. After contacting them, two out of four tyres have been delivered to my private adress. After contacting Gommadiretto several times I received today (15 april 2026) I received a messege from Gommadiretto that the tyres had already been delivered, so they do not see the problem. No way of contacting them by phone, the AI operator cannot find my order. I don't know what to do.

Finally, I can trust the process of tires delivery to someone. I was quite tired to go somewhere, wait them to replace. But on the other hand what i was left if majority of online shopping made me wait for much time. Here this problem was solved, I got my winter substitution in 3 days, basically, for a lower price, so I bought another two, to make one for free.

Order placed and paid the 28th of April, I should have received the tyres the 6th of May.
First contact issued on the 9th of May, since the tracking did not work, no added info on answer.
Second contact on the 11th of May, no answer at all.
On the 20th of May still waiting, canceled the order, hope that I will receive the full refund.
On the 7th of June, still waiting for the refund, claim opened.
