The customer service team was friendly…
The customer service team was friendly and the tyre repair was done well. However, the staff seemed quite rushed and didn’t really take the time to explain my questions or the work that was carried out. The service itself was good, but a little more time and communication with customers would have made the experience much better.

Excellent service…
Called the Winsford branch on Saturday 5/9/26 for an aircon issue. Was booked in for same day. Molly and Charlie were excellent, polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Both were very professional and should be commended for their superb service. Within an hour of being there my issue was resolved. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you.

Air-conditioning gas top up
My car went in to have air-conditioning gas topped up. Initially I found little improvement when really tested on a very hot day;when I explained this they responded very well, and spent a lot of time diagnosing possible issues and successfully identified the problem, at no extra charge.

Really appreciated the thorough tyre check. Thought I had a slow puncture and needed to drive long distance. Wasn’t the case but sound advice given regarding tyre changes. I highly recommend this garage. Staff are friendly and professional.
